Ok for the night
Pros:

Freindly owner, room has easy personel access from the driveway. Room had the usual fridge, kettle etc. Shower was nice and warm.

Cons:

Car needed to get to restaurants and shops.

well according to the description on google I thought all rooms look over pool area and didn't, but the place was super clean and the view from room to pool area which I didn't see did not bother me at all.
