This place truly became my home for a month.
Pros:

I spent a long time carefully choosing my accommodation, comparing the location, price, and ratings. This place stood out the most, so I decided on it right away—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.

The trees with beautiful flowers around the property are filled with pleasant birdsong every morning. There is also a lovely garden, a small pond, and a temple. The location is excellent—you can easily walk to major attractions in central Ubud such as the Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest.

The accommodation itself is incredible for the price. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are clean, and every morning a wonderful breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, including fresh and varied fruits. They always did their best to help with any requests I had.

The family who runs the place is kind and warm. During my month here, the adorable little girl, the newborn baby who looked only a few months old, and the lively yet gentle dog all became part of my daily life. On the day I left, I couldn’t hold back my tears and ended up leaving without even saying a proper goodbye.

If I ever come back to Ubud, I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I’m not sure if this is typical for the Ubud area, but there were occasional power outages. However, they never lasted more than a few minutes.

Also, since the room opens directly to the outdoors, ants and small flying insects would sometimes get inside. However, there were no mosquitoes or any other insects that felt unpleasant or disturbing.

Pros:

Muy buena habitación, super comoda, la cama increíble, el baño y agua caliente funcionan super bien. Tienen enchufes USB eso lo valore mucho!, a/c funcionando perfecto. La ubicación perfecta!

Cons:

no tenia mucha luz natural pero eso no es la gran cosa. el resto IMPECABLE.

Pros:

If you are looking for a place where you could « touch » Balinese locals and - this is your place. This is a family run business and the family is extremely friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast is always freshly made and they welcome you with facilities to prepare your tea/coffee.
Always smiling and gentle.
The room is spacious and has its own little balcony. Next to the house there is a temple made and used by the family!

Cons:

Hygien could be slightly improved regarding to the bathroom.

Fantastic place
Pros:

Beautiful property in a fantastic location! The family who own it are so incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed over Nyepi and they went out of their way to make everything easy for us. Fantastic breakfast in the morning! I couldn’t recommend more - thank you so much!

L’emplacement / la disponibilité de l’hôte, la qualité du lit / climatisation / le calme malgré la rue à côté / l’authenticité des « maisons » / petit déjeuner œuf sur le plat, 2 toasts et fruits frais

Hot water shower, lots of hot water for drinks and breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds

Central location. Short walk to Ubud Palace, the tourist and traditional market, also restaurants and cafes.
Bagus was very friendly and helpful. .Sim tanned the place immaculately.
I had a very pleasant stay and would come back again.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Cons:

Actually we did not stay here, although it looked nice and has good reviews. We booked one night based on the fact that it said they had parking. But they do not really. You can push a small scooter in the backyard but there is no car parking or room for a large motorcycle. We had to find another location because of that. When I ask the property if they could refund us they refused saying I was cancelling last minute. However I think if you do not need parking, the place looks quite good.
