The room is really nice, clean and spacious, with lots of daylight, due to 2 big balcony doors. It has a private big balcony so you have total privacy. Overlooking the roofs and greens of Ubud. I stayed here twice, the second time it felt like coming home. Bathroom is also nice and spacious, with separated shower. For a great price you also get a nice breakfast. And the location is absolutely great, close to everything you can need. The owner Loris, is a very pleasant distinguished lady, who helps with anything you need.

Loris was great at communicating and an all-over absolute sweetheart! When I was walking, I got hit by a motobike and Loris and her daughter were so kind, they found me a doctor and drove me there, sat and waited and brought me back, and checked in on me. I felt really taken care of and safe in her homestay. Thank you.
If you’re looking to stay in Ubud for sightseeing or shopping, this is the perfect location!
Ants in the room, though I think that’s common in this area. Construction next door.
The room is spacious and clean, it feels new. It has a private big balcony. In the bathroom the shower is separated with a glass wall, so the water does not splash all over the bathroom and toilet. The bed is comfortable, mattress is nice and comfortably hard. The location is really great, close to the center and walking distance to everything you might need, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, yoga center (Radiantly alive), post office, and sightseeing place. 2 Co-working places are just 10 mins drive by a scooter. The host Loris is a very pleasant and helpful lady.
To enter the accommodation you need to pass through an enclosed street/garden where construction is taking place. It was not noisy, only not beautiful to look at :)
The place is very beautiful. We stayed a little over 15 days, and Loris always prepared excellent breakfasts. The staff were attentive and cleaned the room every day. Loris is very kind and welcoming.
Simple and has everything you need and excellent location.
It has all the basics
Very convenient place for the price,, super clean and in the center from where you can reach restaurants, shops ect in walking distance. Located on a side street so it was quiet at the same time.
Loris was a very friendly and helpful host, we would stay there again!
Nice family
Lovely location
Well presented room.
Spacious. Clean. Tranquil setting.
Kettle and aircon were appreciated
Breakfast was on time.
Difficult door to lock.
Cats just wandered into your room if you left sliding glass door open for air.
Fan didn't work in my room.
Towels provided. But no hand towel or bath mat.
Shower water pressure was low in some of the rooms, but mine was adequate.
No automatic lighting along path to guest rooms. If you go out and are planning to come back at night, leave your verandah light on (or prepare your phone torch).
Staff was lovely, and location was amazing, walking distance to everything in town. We had breakfast in our terrace and also Loris took our laundry and we had it ready the next day.
Location very central but quiet. Breakfast bought to your table on your front sitting area. Hot water with good pressure. Huge room & bathroom. Serviced daily & staff friendly. Arranged a cooking class and also taxi at fair rate when transferring location.
No safe box. For me the steps to the home stay were extremely difficult being so steep - 70 year old with balance and knee issues was going to find another accomodation because of difficult access but then found a back access along a lane to side streets and ended up extending my original week to add these 5 extra days to my stay.
La unicación es increible y la gente super amable
I believe that I booked the best room of the guest house; I had an amazing panoramic view of the city, although I was on the 1st floor. My room was spacey and full of light from both directions with big glass-doors in one of the walls that could turn the room to almost fully open space. The owner and the staff were all of them very polite and helpful. The owners and some permanent inhabitants live in the Guest house as well. They took care of my clothes after my request and they delivered them to a Laundry they cooperate, they were really fresh, cleaned and ironed.
The cleanliness standards at guest houses in Bali are generally a bit low, but unfortunately, this was my worst experience which I feel I have to share. The bathroom needs a very deep cleaning, including steam cleaning and disinfection. The toilet bowl was very dirty, and I didn’t feel safe using it. The shower tiles were also dirty. Of course, I understand that the humidity due to the climate affects the bathrooms, but it still requires extra care and effort to keep it clean. If a renovation isn’t possible, at the very least, the toilet bowl should be replaced. The drainage was clogged, but fortunately, when I reported it, they unblocked it.
I didn’t have my breakfast, even though it was served to my room at the agreed time. The serving utensils (plates, glasses, and cutlery) appeared to have been used before and perhaps were only rinsed with water. The towels were full of stains and didn't smell nice like washed ones.
I loved that the room had a lot on natural light and big window of tree and rooftops. I enjoyed the simple breakfast eggs and fruit. The location was also good for me as there were lost of nice small family run restaurants close by. The large outdoor balcony remained inviting to spend more time on the balcony than in the room during the day.
