Buen alojamiento precio calidad
Pros:

La ubicación ( la propiedad está muy al fondo de un alley) y la habitación amplia . Precio calidad está muy bien

Cons:

No hay servicio de limpieza , no hay ascensor y tiene una escalera caracol fina difícil con valija grande y la recepción es todo por Whatup , nunca ves a nadie físicamente .

Pros:

The host was very helpful and happy to support with planning. She quickly resolved issues we had identified in the room and was quick to respond to WhatsApp requests and questions.

Cons:

The location is at the end of an alley away from the main old quarter (approx 200m walk) this meant it was nice and quiet but also a touch less convenient for pick ups for day trips.

Also no lift.

Nice place to stay in Hanoi, Old Quarter.
Pros:

Good size room with comfy bed. Room had good AC + fan + refrigerator.
Bathroom was ok with hot water.
Location is in a very narrow alley but it was very quiet area.

Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars etc.

Wifi was good in the room.

Downstairs there is a small kitchen with plates, cups etc. to borrow.
Also electric kettle was there to make some morning coffee.

Free purified water tap was a nice plus.

Cons:

We didn't get the room we booked. Double bookings etc. so we got the deluxe room at check in time 18:30 with the same price.

Pésimo.
Pros:

Reservamos la economy room y no estaba mal. Es cierto que el baño mide 1,60 y la habitación hasta 2 m pero fuimos avisados de ello y elegimos quedarnos porque no estaba mal. Nos cancelaron el colectivo de ida hacia Hanoi, booking no me dejo cambiar las fechas, asique me contacte con la dueña y muy amablemente nos permitió mover la estadía un día.

Cons:

Si quieres hacer un upgrade a una habitación “normal” el valor es lo mismo que alquilar en otro lugar. Solicitamos el servicio de lavandería con la dueña, nos salió VND 108.000 por 2,7kg de ropa (40mil por kg) pero tuvimos una pésima experiencia. Toda la ropa volvió percudida, con manchas que antes no estaban, como si no la hubiesen lavado y lo peor fue que nos arruinaron varias prendas (adjunto algunas fotos). Cuando me contacte con la dueña para preguntarle que paso me dijo que habían tratado de hacerle algunos tratamientos a la ropa con lavandina u otros productos quimicos (algo que no solicité). Me quería devolver solo 50.000 y fue muy grosera al decirnos que deberíamos cuidar más nuestra ropa. Somos backpackers y no viajamos con mucha ropa, además eran prendas con valor sentimental ya que algunas solo la conseguimos en nuestro país de origen. Realmente esto arruinó toda nuestra estadía y el trato de la dueña, no fue para nada bueno, en todo momento intento echarnos la culpa a nosotros.

I would do it again. Great location.
Pros:

No breakfast. Located in a little alley off a main Street in the centre of the Old Town. Cab driver was a bit uneasy at leaving us there at midnight, but it was fine. Had to call for door #, but we arrived about 3 hours late. Nu told me the # then came around and took bags up stairs and explained things. She was very helpful. Basic room but clean, with own bathroom which was a bit tacky. Easy walk to see the famous train. No road noise but some noise from the alley below at times. Nu was very helpful. Came around the morning we left to carry the cases down the stairs. She mentioned she does have another property, with a LIFT!

Cons:

It was all pretty much okay. The bathroom fan needs a clean and the toiletries could do with a little shelf. Stairs are narrow. It is tucked away at the very end of a convoluted alley.

Pros:

Great stay in Sa Pa. The space is big and comfortable, perfect to relax after a day out. The location is ideal, right in the old quarter but still quiet at night — best of both worlds.

The host is super friendly and easygoing, which made everything smooth. The place was very clean and had everything we needed: shampoo, towels, even toothbrush and toothpaste — small details that make a difference.

Perfect for a short stay of 2–3 days, but honestly you could stay longer without any problem. Would definitely recommend.

I booked this place for two nights based on good reviews. The hostess was communicating with me via WhatsApp before and the morning we arrived. We dropped off our luggage before checkin. When it came time to checkin she told us that we actually couldn’t stay because the person in our room wasn’t leaving because they were sick and there were no more rooms. She said not to worry as she was putting us in another “better “ hotel instead. The place she put us in is called “Hanu’s House”. It was disgusting and I would never have chosen to book that place. She said that she would even let us pay the same rate like she was doing us a favour except the place she put us in we found out later was cheaper. Honestly so disappointing, just look up the reviews of the other accommodation. This will probably get removed because we werent able to stay here and she canceled our booking.
