Que tiene parking cerrado

Cons:

Zona no asfaltada y sin alumbrado . Debido a las lluvias durante el día fue complicado llegar por zonas con barro. Llegué a las 21h previo aviso y no había nadie para recibirme. Todos dormían y no hubo manera de cenar nada. Y menos prepararmelo… la cocina daba miedo. Almenos las sabanas olían bien.

Please take good care of the guesthouse.
Pros:

It's closer to Sun City ,Engen garage and Spar, that's all.

Cons:

Gravel road, the guest house needs some care and good undertaking ,the guesthouse looks like it's been neglected.....their room beds are not comfortable, the house has some awful smell. The guesthouse is beautiful but owner is neglecting it.

Value for money, beautiful and clean facility.
Pros:

The location is quite and their yard is very secured, I felt that my car was safe outside. The staff, wow so friendly and supportive. The facility is very beautiful, spacious and it has a free wifi.

Cons:

The only problem was the mattress, seriously they need to change them. I was not comfortable while sleeping because of the bed, you can literally feel the wires of the mattress, that was the let down for me.

The location is shocking
It is in a maize of dirt roads that you can hardly drive on. It is false advertising. My advice is don't go there!!
Also, when asked for a partial or full refund, they said they would pay it in good faith, and then refused even after they knew I had cancer and little money ,and had to find alternative accommodation in Sun City because their was no air-conditioning and was the place was a shared house with the owner and other people!!,which was not advertised on booking .com.
I found the place and the owners a complete disappointment, and I strongly advise Booking.com.to investigate the premises and location before allowing such places to be advertised on their website!
The credit given by Booking.com was 190 rand, when we lost almost 7000 rand for the one night!! Shocking!!

Cons:

Dirty dishes in the sink on arrival. Totally disgusting. Uncomfortable beds. Not very clean and the location is not great. Staff member was rude. I booked a Family room with 2 double beds, a room with 2 single beds and a room with one double bed and paid R2545 for 3 rooms however we got put into 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds for 3 adult males to sleep on. Unacceptable because what we booked is not what we got and the lady was still rude to the guys on arrival. Booking.com should really consider inspecting these places as the pictures are far from what is happening at these places.
