Como só dormimos não tenho muito oque avaliar, porém o atendimento da Irmã Clara foi excepcional. Tudo limpo também.

Cons:

Falta de banheiro no quarto, conforme anunciado, não tem espelho no quarto, sem cestinho de lixo, sem aquecedor no quarto (Lages é uma cidade de temperaturas baixíssimas no inverno), não tem água ou copo no quarto e o mais importante, as camas são muito estreitas. Entendo se tratar de hospedagem e nâo se Pousada.

Não tenho palavras para descrever tamanha alegria e satisfação em conhecer o espaço e tb a irmã Clara, que não somente foi uma excelente anfitritriã como tb uma mãe que me apoiou desde a minha chegada até minha partilha.

Boa receptividade e acolhimento. Ótima limpeza no quarto e restante da estrutura. Local seguro.
Contemplou minha necessidade naquele momento.

Cons:

Não tem banheiro no quarto, mas como éramos as únicas hóspedes naquele andar, não tivemos problemas. Não tem TV a cabo.
