Lovely stay in a very useful location with a lovely owner (Olinda)
Pros:

Great location in the old town and in a 'quiet zone'. Very close to some lovely restaurants (The Garden, Jotta 13, A Forja).
Great kitchen facilities for self catering and a small terrace for sitting out. Olinda was very kind and amenable, offering to change our laundry everyday, which she emphasised was optional. Rooms very spacious with a small veranda. Rooms housed in a very safe and secure building

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe the name of the hotel could be more in sight on the outside of the building as it might be easily missed

Quiet, clean, roomy place close to all the activities in old town.
Pros:

Well located within old town but closer to the wall and away from the busier, noisier tourist area. The room we had was large with A/C and a large balcony that two people could sit in and also had a place to hang laundry. There is a large communal terrace on the upper level with table and chairs to have an early breakfast or late dinner. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything you may need to make your meal and also had a table and chairs if you prefer to eat indoors. Bathrooms were clean and soap and shampoo were provided, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

The view at the back side for our balcony was really just roofs and buildings but it also protected us from unecessary noise. Overall, we enjoyed everything and saw no negatives.

Wir haben das erste Mal ein gebuchtes Zimmer freiwillig verlassen.

Ausstattung alt, Bad / Dusche sehr sehr klein, kein Fön, Matratze mit Gummiüberzügen (schwitzen und knistern), Innenhof: 3m von der Nachbarswohnung entfernt, direkter Blick in deren Küche, ohne zugezogenen Vorhang, direkter Blick in deren Küche und umgekehrt, Nachbarn haben um 23,30 Uhr mit Kochen begonnen, Laute Musik und Gesang bis in die Nacht hinein, Frisch gewaschene Wäsche, die wir auf die Leine hingen, roch nach deren Essen. Die Laute Musik war bereits bei Übergabe des Zimmers, dies haben wir beanstandet, wurde jedoch nur mit einem Schulterzucken zur Kenntnis genommen.
Küche wirkte schmuddelig, Dachterrasse lieblos ( 2 Plastikstühle und 1 Plastiktisch neben der Photovoltaikanlage ). Man kam über 4 Türen und somit 4 Schlüsseln in das Zimmer. Wir haben das erste Mal ein gebuchtes Zimmer freiwillig verlassen, da uns unsere Urlaubstage zu schade sind, vor Ort in eine Diskussion zu gehen. Wir haben uns somit kurzfristig eine alternative gebucht, die dann TOP war.

This is a great place to stay if you need something affordable and basic. Clean and quiet.
Pros:

Olinda was very accommodating and friendly. I was feeling ill and she let me check in early which was an absolute blessing. The room was quiet and it was nice having access to a kitchen and terrace area. Ac worked great, bed was firm, we had plenty of hot water and toilet paper. Olinda replied to all of my questions quickly. She also does laundry for €5, which you hang dry yourself on supplied lines.

Cons:

Access to the property would be really tricky if you didn’t have cell service, or if Olinda stepped out. We needed a separate physical key to four separate doors, which was bulky to carry around, plus we’re only given one set between the two of us. The kitchen sponges were kind of stinky. There was a water drainage issue in the shower. All minimal complaints.

Nice place to stay in the center of Lagos
Pros:

Thank you very much for hosting me, I had a really good time in Lagos. The rooms are central (restaurants and shops around the corner, I also walked to the Bus Station and the Beach) and have everything what I needed including a kitchen and roof top terrasse, everything was clean and the Check-in and communication with Olinda was really easy and kind. I can recommend the place 😊

Great location
Booked room and was aware had to share bathroom
I was lucky enough there was one other guest who used another bathroom. Shared kitchen and outdoor roof terrace

Cons:

Pillows could do with updating as all lumpy

Great location and clean & comfortable rooms
Pros:

Location was great, right in the old town. The room was comfortable and clean and really liked the little balcony and terrace. Was great to have use of the kitchen, which was always clean and had everything needed, and could store things in the fridge. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!

Cons:

The rooms are like shared rooms in a flat so depending on who else was a guest, could be noisy at night as you can really hear everything between the rooms. Party hostel nearby was noisy one night too but that didn't last super late so was ok.
