The view was fantastic and so beautiful. The location was little away from the main Sapa crowded area which we intentionally opted for. The staff was very cooperative and hard working and did their best to satisfy all our needs as we were a group of 15 with the kids. The manager on Watsapp as well was very responsive and overall we had a fantastic stay and definitely recommend Lagom Home.

The staff were friendly, and the room had a fantastic view. The home itself has a very unique vibe, and I especially loved the two dogs — it really felt like home.
The surroundings are quite quiet with limited activities.
The location was fantastic! Lung was beautiful and couldn’t do enough for us. Motorbike available to rent and a good restaurant was a short walk down the hill at another homestay.
Unfortunately our room was not the upgrade offered. The room was full of mould and we couldn’t sleep with the door closed. Lucky we had citronella spray to help with mozzies and the stench. The bed felt damp too. Shower over toilet so everything got wet.
The food was questionable. Not much available off the menu and my stir fried noodles was just 2 min noodles with a few pieces of cabbage.
We were so looking forward to spending a few days in the mountains but were so disappointed.

Koude douche en geen goede ventilatie op de kamer waardoor alles klam werd en heel muf rook. Onderhoud van de kamer was matig. Vergeleken met andere accomodaties was het ook een dure accomodatie (prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding)

We enjoyed very much our stay in Pa Vi Home. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. The stuff was great, helped us with our requests ( hiking guide, taxi drivers). Everyone they recommended to help us were extremely friendly and polite. It’s definitely a place you want to spend some days. The most beautiful view to wake up and see every morning. Also, very well cooked meals. Thank you for everything guys!
Host was very kind. Amazing view. Restaurant on site which serves vegetarian and vegan dishes (fried rice/noodles, tomato tofu, vegetarian curry). 5 breakfast options with tea or coffee (again fried rice/noodles or noodle soup can be made vegan)
When we arrived our room smelled a bit. It got worse when we closed the door. We identified that some of the old wooden decoration smelled mouldy and put it outside the room. It got a bit better but was still smelly. After 2 nights we found out that the pillows were mouldy, too. We told them and they replaced them with another room, now it's someone others problem. The furniture isn't in best condition anymore. The wooden chairs in front of our room were broken. There is a construction site on the right side of the property with noise from 6:30am to 5–6pm. Our room was the last one, so it was okay, but from the restaurant/terrace it was quite loud. I know it's not their fault, but should be mentioned. Prices in restaurant are a bit higher than usual. Would be nice to have a water dispenser, because it's a bit outside from town.
Staff very accommodating and the pets are even better! The weather was awful during our stay but would be amazing views if the weather was good. Heater and fan provided in the room. Rooms are really cozy with views from the bed!
Food was okay, had a few issues with our dinner but our fault for ordering pasta and expecting it to be the same as what we are used to! stick to local food and im sure it will be great.

Everything. Jack, the host, was incredibly thoughtful and lovely to deal with at every stage. We really appreciated his kindness! The home cooked meals were INCREDIBLE. The homestay was clean and the views were unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. If you are coming to Sa Pa, make sure you stay here!
