We had a great stay at Mountain View Station. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had lovely pillows. The shower was lovely and hot. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was great. Better than the next couple of nights when we ate at other restaurants and wished we had just eaten there. Family is very friendly. The location is a little further from the centre but an easy walk which we enjoyed. Also meant it was quieter at night. There were some steps down to our room but the hotel staff helped with our bags. We were disappointed that they were full and we could not extend as it was a great stay. The view is great when there is no mist.

The place is overlooking the mountain and the host Stephen is very supportive. The breakfast is okay, it is ala cart but still enough to make you full. It is also walking distance to Moana Sapa.
The place is good however since it is under the restaurant. Coming back up and fort is a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was very clean, the AC worked well, and the WiFi was strong. They provided free bottled water daily which was a thoughtful bonus. The food served at the café was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We really felt taken care of throughout our stay.

bathroom was a bit shabby, and very damp. couldn’t really keep anything in there as it was so damp. construction noise was also very loud, but that can’t be helped.
