Very satisfied, I would come back again. I would also recommend for female solo travellers :)
Pros:

Good location, cozy rooms, felt very safe, flexible host (I was able to add an extra day). Perfect if you prefer having a private room.

Pros:

房东人非常好，虽然交谈不多，但可以看出她是一个很友善的人。公共区域打扫得非常干净，也配有必要设施，位置比较好找，附近有饭店和便利店等。性价比不错

Cons:

房东要求洗浴时不要往地面溅水，但在没有安装浴帘的情况下很难做到，我们不得不在洗完澡后花费一些时间用纸擦地上的水，建议房东可以安装一个浴帘甚至放一个用来扫水的刮板，这样双方都会感到更舒适。此外我们所在的房间只有一个薄且不稳定的推拉门，这导致房间隔音很差。距离地铁有一定距离，如果行李多的话会觉得有一些吃力。

とても清潔でシーツやタオルも匂わなかったです！
お風呂とトイレは共有ですが、おそらく毎日清掃されているのでこちらも汚れや匂いは気になりませんでした！
オーナーさんとはチェックインの際に一度お会いしただけですが、とても親切な方でした❤︎

非常差勁
Pros:

非常糟糕的體驗，這輩子還沒有遇到過這麼瞎的住宿體驗

Cons:

1. 年齡歧視，訂房前規定女性only就算了，我早就定好了，也確認好入住時間等等，結果居然在抵達前幾小時私訊我說，詢問我家人是幾歲，只能18-50 歲之間入住。如果你要這麼規定，那為何不在確認訂房之前跟客人說明？而是在當天晚上八點多叫客人要退訂，自己去找別的地方住？真的很惡劣，況且我家人非常檢康，但老闆說超過了就是不行，非常沒有同理心跟變通能力。
2. 行李只能放在外面，規定時間才能入內，明明房間門是有鎖的，也有客廳，但是規定非常強硬就是只能放在外面，如果是貴重物品或者怕行李淋濕等等沒辦法自己承擔，大家考慮清楚了。
3. 廁所沒有乾濕分離卻要我家人把地板擦乾淨？我家人盥洗完之後，因為廁所是要站在浴缸裡面洗澡，空間很小，又沒有遮擋簾，難免地板會有一點水，裡面也沒有地墊，腳濕濕的也會有水在地板上，但是老闆娘卻嫌棄我家人把地板弄濕，還說要他擦乾淨！！首先，客人入住之後不是應該要給客人空間嗎？為何像是在監視客人一舉一動一樣待在客廳害我們都很不自在也不敢出去，再來，既然你在，打掃是你的責任，憑什麼要客人打掃？而且我家人年紀也大了還要他跪下去擦地板？另外，後面幾組進來的客人把地板弄的更濕，為何你沒有叫他們擦呢？
4. 訂房網上面沒有詳細說明是和別人合租的雅房，其他客人因為入住的晚所以很打擾別人休息，隔音也不好，如果早知道是要與別人同住就不會來這裡
5. 總之，從接洽過程到入住到隔天check out都覺得非常不熟服很拘束，加上老闆娘態度非常強硬、神經質、又不通情理，其他事情繁族不及備載，我也懶得贅述，大家訂房前最好考慮清楚了，想不想要體驗被規定東規定西、被監視還有因為年齡不符被臨時趕走的風險＾＾

Pros:

Great localization- about 10min walk to Hongik University Station. Hotel is tucked away from the main street, so it's not noisy. The place was very clean and well maintained. Single room had enough space for a solo traveler.

Cons:

My phone had issues connecting to hotels wifi, and when it did it was quite slow. That was the only small inconvenience
