Beware of this landlady! After checking in and saying hello to her in the afternoon I was kicked out into the street after 9 PM in the evening with nowhere to sleep.
I’m not really sure what happened because even though she only hosts non-korean guests she does not speak English. She sent messages to me through another woman from China (who didn’t speak English either) I think the landlady had made some kind of double booking and eventually decided she did not like me. Suddenly, she ‘remembered’ a rule that women 50+ of age were not welcome and I was then kicked out.
I gave her some Danish Anthon Berg chocolate because a person like that obviously needs sweetness in her life. So, if you want to stay with her please bring her a lot of compassion.
PS.: You cannot lock your room when you leave it. It only locks from the inside.

I stayed in the single room here and really enjoyed it! The room was cozy and comfortable, with a single bed and a makeup table, so I had plenty of personal space. The shared bathroom wasn’t an issue at all - you can usually just time it so you don’t run into other guests.
It’s a really good choice for solo travelers who don’t want to share a room in a hostel. The host was also super nice and helpful. She even carried my suitcase downstairs for me when I was trying to catch an early flight, which I really appreciated! I only stayed for one night, but if I travel to Seoul alone again, I’ll definitely book this room again.

平常出門去弘大 🚌公車搭麻浦06班次很多 10分鐘到
有行李的話叫uber 🚕 到弘大大概$110-130台幣 可接受的範圍
附近也有很多漂亮的咖啡廳！晚上周遭很安靜
行李很重的話搬行李有點痛苦
如果其他房間的室友半夜在外面聊很晚的話會被影響🥲
但這都比較是個人跟運氣問題
弘大駅からバスで10分、バス停から3分ほどの好立地でした！
口コミで入口に入るまでに階段しかないと聞いていたけど、
1人で問題なく上げることができました！
お部屋はとっても綺麗でリビングも清潔に保たれていて
気分よく過ごすことができました^^
バスルームもお母さんが毎日綺麗に掃除してくれているので
気持ちよく使用することができて有難かったです。
ベッドが寝心地が良くふかふかで快適でした。
お母さんは優しくて気遣いもしてくれて最高のお宿でした。
また韓国に行く際は泊まりたいと思います！

I only asked the lady whether I could change the sheets or to laundry and she got upset that I asked asked those questions and she asked me to leave the mattress and the Shih Tzu were dirty and stinky and the sink drain at all
