Close to the dentist
The shower was poorly designed, water was flushing everywhere in the bathroom.
They didn’t have enough toilet rolls in the bathroom, we had to keep asking for it.
We got the iron , but next day they took it back and we had to ask for it again.
They took the bath robes and we had to ask for it.
The curtains were broken and floor was very dirty.
Nice location, clean rooms, amazing food! Asiya and Bedirhan helped us make our stay more comfortable.
Very beautiful hotel no loud noise at all even though the hotel had lost of guests, service is excellent amenities is perfect the house keeping excellent 👌 the 2 girls who are at the bar Asiya and ulku are brilliant really helpful also the 2 boys Bedirhan and Serkan also the same, thankyou for your service 10 /10

We have had a very good stay at this hotel all staff are wonderful especially we have been well looked after one of the room cleaners AYCAN cleaned our room spotless made us feel at home always very welcoming and smiley being thank you very much. Room 305.
The hotel is next to starcity mall, and close to different bus stops. If you want to go to see Hagia Sophia, grand bazaar, Galata tower, keep in mind that it takes more than an hour by bus from this hotel. The staff are very friendly and respectful including Asiya, she greeted me everyday during breakfast. I would say for the breakfast buffet, it would be nicer if they could switch out some of the items everyday because it started to get a bit boring and repetitive seeing the same food. Also more hot foods would be nice. Also make sure to bring sneakers if you want to use the gym because they kicked me out.

Habitación espaciosa. Muy cerca de un centro comercial y del Aeropuerto Ataturk.
Muchísimo ruido. Se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones al lado y del pasillo! Por la mañana al despertar no podía entrar en el lavabo, la puerta se había auto-cerrado(ni llave habia)...he tenido que llamar a recepción a las 8am para que mensaden alguien arreglarlo. MUY desagradable.. he tenido que esperar 15-20min a alguien para poder entrar al baño de mi habitación! Jamás me había pasado algo así, y esto que viajo cada mes.
El desayuno un desastre, no había mesas libres y todas sucias. Al levantarme para buscar 1 café me retiraron los platos, muy desordenados y una falta de coordinación increíble. Café malisimo..
