The rooms were clean, and everyone smiled and greeted. The reception was helpful and the people st the restaurant particularly a guy named Tuna were very nice and helpful.

The Spa was having refurbishments, so was unable to use the soa facilities, but the gym was available, and the pool reopened a day before we checked out. Breakfast options were the same every day.

hotel service is awesome ,one of my favorites places cleaning services is good the gocha is clean room very good and the in kitchen food tasty but every day same menu it will be good if food was more different
We had a fantastic stay at the Istanbul Gönen Hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, and our room was very large, comfortable, and well appointed. The bathroom and shower facilities were especially nice—spacious, modern, and spotless. Everything throughout the hotel was extremely clean.
The staff truly made our experience even better. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, handling all of our requests quickly and professionally.
We also used room service for a few meals, and the food was very good and delivered promptly to our room.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, with an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The staff at breakfast were attentive and even offered helpful suggestions on what to see and do while visiting Istanbul.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Istanbul Gönen Hotel!
I really enjoyed my stay at Gonen Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt calm and welcoming after a long day in the city.
I especially want to mention Asiya from the staff — she was so kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. Small things like her warm attitude made a big difference and made me feel genuinely welcome.
