Great location, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I would love to come back. We never got the chance to experience the sauna because I was working and my son was at a sports event, but this would be a great spot for a romantic getaway, see the northern lights at the sauna...

It was clean, warm, and parking was right in front with easy connection to our rental car to keep it warm.

Comfortable and cozy accommodation, friendly staff, close to city center by walk. Everything is just fine!

I have been staying with these guys for 5 years now, whenever I come to Fairbanks. They are the best, and they continue to make improvements. I always look for them whenever they are open.

ダウンタウンよりは明かりが少ないものの、それなりに明るいため、オーロラは見えないかもしれないと思いましたが、kp値が3程度で宿の前でオーロラもうっすらとみえました。
条件が良ければもっと綺麗に見えると思います。

歩くのが好きなのと
国際免許で慣れない環境で運転するのが怖かったので
車は借りていませんが
ウォルマートまで徒歩３０分くらい
より近いコンビニエンスストアなら、徒歩１０分ほどです。
（ガソリンスタンド併設のもの）
オーロラをみるなら歩いて４０分ほどの
Friends of Creamers Field at Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refugeで見えました。
３月下旬で深夜は氷点下２５℃前後に耐えることができれば、ですが。
より綺麗にオーロラを見たいならツアーなどに参加されることをお勧めします。

車の運転に不安がないなら、車があればもっと楽だと思います。

Accessibility was great and the central location to where we like to go. The keyless doors for security. All the in-room features worked well. Very clean. Good natural light.

Avec une température extérieure de -20 à -30 ° C, on espère un intérieur bien chauffé, bien isolé, un lit bien douillet, un chauffage par le sol qui réchauffe les pieds et permet de sécher les vêtements humides, Adamina répond à tous ces critères. La vue sur les toits blancs, le petit coin salon, tout est prévu dans ce logement où nous avons passé 5 nuits parfaites.

Quaint room with minimal amenities

We came to Fairbanks in winter, during one of the coldest weeks, when nighttime temperatures dropped to -40°F. Despite that, the house was always warm and very comfortable. After a long day outside, it was wonderful to relax in the jacuzzi or sit by the fireplace and warm up. The apartment has everything you might need, and the host was very responsive and always ready to help with anything. A special highlight was the sauna located outside of town, from where we were able to see the Northern Lights!

Great communication by the host. I loved the B&B feel and other guests were respectful of the quiet hours. Super comfortable bed. Heated floors were a big benefit at the end of cold northern light tours. Location would have been ideal but I got there right after a snow storm so it was not as walkable as I had hoped - obviously not the locations fault and I think it would be amazing in the summer time.

The room is cozy and the location is great. 3 minutes drive to supermarket.

This was a great little stay in Fairbanks. Located in a quiet area, but still walkable to restaurants and downtown. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Appreciated the attention to the details like the comfortable beds, nice shower, and the desk.

We loved staying here! Dan was super responsive, communicative and full of helpful info about the area. It was a great location, close to everything in town and the beds were very comfy. The saunas are incredible and an easy 35 min drive from town. Highly recommend.

Requested an early check in and was accommodated. Very prompt answering our text questions !! location good to downtown.
though the restaurant we ate at Saturday night was terrible. Salty's was their name. The waitress was great but they didn't tell her they were out of 5 things on the menu. Take them off your list.
Brewsters was by far the best restaurant we ate at during our stay. We knew it would be good when we saw it packed at 2:00 Monday afternoon and it was full of locals !! Need to add this to your list of restaurants in you book. Just 1/2 mile away
