Pros:

- le personnel adorable! Ils expliquent quels endroits visiter sur une carte
- chambre grande, avec télé, propre ! Grande douche
- location de scooter facile et pas chère + le personnel indique la pompe à essence la moins chère
- le petit déjeuner était très bon
- petit chat trop mignon

Cons:

- un peu loin du centre mais largement faisable en scooter
- même si je pense que ce n’est pas de leur faute, on leur a donné nos vêtements qu’ils ont confié à une laverie. On les a récupérés tachés et décolorés.. Mais ils se sont excusés et je pense que c’est la faute de la laverie mais soyez prudents

It’s a tremendous place. The staff is fantastic, caring, and attentive. The location is beautiful and quiet. The facilities and rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks to the whole team for another wonderful stay in Ninh Binh.

Great family run homestay. With excellent cafe onsite.
Pros:

Great little family run homestay. Quiet location, central to all the major sites, which are easily access via motorbike or Grab. Pool was perfect to beat the unseasonal heatwave (rooms and cafe have air-conditioning). Great coffee and smoothies.

Beautiful place, amazing coffee, and a genuinely friendly team who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
Pros:

Wonderful stay. The whole team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Their English is very good, and I felt genuinely well looked after.

The place is very clean, beautifully designed, and has a great vibe. The coffee is excellent too.

Thank you for such a lovely experience. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Отличный отель! Очень приятный администратор и наверное владелец Джейк. Он дал нам несколько советов, которые помогли нашему отдыху.
Мы арендовали велосипеды (50.000) и мопед (150.000) прямо в отеле. Это очень удобно и не дорого.
Номера чистые, убирают каждый день.
Есть бассейн. Мы искупались) но вода прохладная.
В отеле включены завтраки. Очень вкусные. Есть на выбор суп, тосты, блины. Нам всегда хватало этой еды.

До основных локаций минут 10 на велосипеде. Рядом есть магазины и кафе.

Вообщем отличное место!
