Pros:

Просторные комнаты. Есть рабочий стол. Отдельно можно пользоваться микроволновкой, чайником и холодильником.

Хозяйка доброжелательная.

Cons:

Дом находится в отдаленном районе города. Чтобы добраться до парков или магазинов нужно ехать долго и с пересадками.

Ресторанов в районе немного. Ценовой диапазон выше среднего.

Прекрасный опыт пребывания в Ташкенте!
Pros:

Понравилось абсолютно всё, максимально рекомендую! Комната очень очень просторная, светлая, большие окна, чистота, отсутствие проблем с горячей водой. Завтрак абсолютное удовольствие - накормили рано утром из-за раннего вылета из Ташкента, сытно и вкусно! Интерьер со свежим ремонтом. Wi-Fi работал отлично.
Правильное расположение ищите на Яндекс Картах, Google показывает неверно. Одним словом - если еще приеду в Ташкент - здесь буду стараться остановиться приоритетно!

Очень спокойная и приятная атмосфера. Вкусные завтраки от хозяйки дома. Не очень далеко от центра города.

Cons:

Огорчения принесло только временное отсутствие горячей воды, наверное была неисправность. Надеюсь её устранят.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Wir kamen 2 Stunden eher an, konnten aber problemlos früher einchecken. Das Zimmer war für uns vorbereitet, sauber und bot alles (und mehr), was wir benötigten: ein großes Doppelbett, einen großen Schrank, eine Flachstrecke, einen Schreibtisch und ein großes Bad mit Dusche.
Das Frühstück wurde von 07:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr in einem kleinen Zimmer bereitgestellt = es wurde vorbereitet und dann abgedeckt hingestellt. Es war landestypisch und abwechslungsreich. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber in ausreichender Menge. Man konnte sich Tee oder Kaffee selbst zubereiten. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, den alle nutzen konnten. Die Reinigung des Zimmers fand auf Nachfrage statt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Der kleine Innenhof ist mit diversen Pflanzen aufgehübscht worden. Die Vermieter haben wir eigentlich nur am Tag der Anreise gesehen. Es gibt neben unserem Zweibettzimmer nur noch 2 Einzelzimmer.
Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Man kann sich aber mit einem kostengünstigen Taxi schnell und unkompliziert fahren lassen oder man läuft die etwas längere Strecke zur nächsten Metrostation und kann Land und Leute sehen und kennen lernen.
Wenige Schritte von der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleine Supermarkt.
Unweit entfernt gibt es auch ein Restaurant, in dem man unglaublich lecker essen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Cons:

Der beworbene Pool (ein kleiner mobiler Pool) wurde am Tag unsere Anreise gereinigt und dann leider abgebaut. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
Die Vermieter waren nur am Tag der Anreise zu sehen, alles - leider - etwas unpersönlich.

Шикарный уютный маленький семейный отель из 3 комнат, мне повезло (была с санузлом). Хозяйка встретила в аэропорту, довезла до места🤗 Хорошие и разнообразные завтраки. Спасибо за гостеприимство:)

Pros:

PROS :
- location : calm neighborhood , with a bus stop nearby
- cleanliness +++
- Kind host family (the mom tries her best to speak with me even though she doesnt speak eng, plus they allowed me to stay a couple hours after checkout due to late flight)
- all in all, a very calm peaceful place .. clean room and wc , good affordable choice to stay in tachkent

- very squeaky bed
- falty shower head
- breakfast can be improved
- my room had a big window looking directly into the house with only a shutter to cover it
