La piscina y la atención del personal.
El mal olor de la habitación a desagüe de baño, literalmentr no se puede respirar.
Staff were really friendly. The room was really big, was amazing value. The pool outside was great and the courtyard area was really pretty
Nos dejaron dejar las pertenencias y luego nos pudimos dar un bañito en la piscina tras una tarde de calor en Hoi An previo a coger nuestro vuelo.
El desayuno realizado de manera casera y la hospitalidad de sus trabajadores.
Aunque se encuentra a unos 15 minutos caminando del centro, se agradece estar alejada de la zona turística.
Me gustó mucho el hotel. Todo muy limpio y acogedor. Las habitaciones son amplias tienen Smart TV, Nevera, balcón, el aire acondicionado como nuevo, el baño también, tiene una bonita piscina, es muy tranquilo, y la familia que lleva el hotel son muy amables te ayudan con todo lo que necesites, también tienen motos para alquilar en el mismo hotel por solo 5€ al día sin salir del hotel
這次入住整體感受很好，民宿環境安靜，晚上休息很舒服。到會安老街搭車約 10 分鐘，交通方便且車資便宜。
民宿提供簡易早餐，服務人員親切友善，民宿有小超市，在民宿買就可以了。
整體性價比高，環境安靜、服務好、交通便利。唯一希望房間能提供面紙。下次來會安仍會考慮入住，推薦給重視安靜與性價比的旅客。
I had a pleasant stay here. The accommodation is in a quiet area, making it easy to relax and sleep well. Hoi An Ancient Town is about 10 minutes away by car, and transportation is affordable.
A simple breakfast is provided, and the friendly, helpful staff were always happy to assist. The on-site convenience shop was also useful for buying water and other essentials.
Overall, this place offers great value: it is quiet, comfortable, and convenient. I would stay here again. My only suggestion is to provide tissues in the room.
The owner hoa and his family were wonderful and chilled out guys.

Breakfast was very basic but the hotel was very cheap so not complaining.
L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel et l' ambiance familiale. Le calme et la piscine très agréable durant les heures chaudes Je suis passé par eux pour réserver une visite du site cham de My Son à un tarif très raisonnable. Le Windbell est très proche du centre historique de Hoi An. Pour un bon marcheur il faut 10 minutes un 1/4 h pas plus. A proximité plusieurs bonnes adresses : Family un petit restaurant vietnamien et pizza, Trenchtown un bar restaurant rasta avec un bon son. Un bar restaurant pizzeria dont le patron est fan de "delta blues" et Dip la Reine de la lessive pour 30 000 dôngs/ kg ? Linge parfaitement lavé, séché et repassé. Enseigne rouge "Laundry" un peu avant le Windbell sur le même trottoir.

Pool was nice (although quite warm) and breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room is cleaned every day.
I booked several rooms for my group, as a tour leader. Be aware if you book a twin room, you are not getting a room with two proper beds. Instead, it's a double bed with a rock hard small pop up 'bed' next to it. This should definitely be mentioned when booking! My guests had to room move after one night, as this was not acceptable.
On the day of check-out, one room was kept (and paid for!) by our group to store our luggage and to take a shower before leaving on the night bus. I had asked one of the family members to open the hotel room for my group in case I was not around. Not a problem she said. Well, turns out it was. My group was not allowed in for some reason, causing us all to be stressed and rushed to shower before getting on the night bus.
And to top it all off, the (I guess) owner asked me to cancel the reservation on Booking.com, because he did not want to pay commission. I refused, since I had already paid everything. Today I discovered he has altered all of my room rates in hindsight, to make sure he pays way less commission. This is a very dishonest family!
