The smell in the room was terrible, we had to ventilate by keeping the door open, even though it was very cold. It’s honestly frustrating to read the hotel’s excuses about how much effort they put in and how it’s difficult because the hotel is located high up. Come on, guys, those cobwebs didn’t appear overnight. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, the windows weren’t cleaned either. The place itself has real potential and could be so much better. No one is asking for fancy service, but basic cleanliness is a must.

Chambre humide et très froide, mauvaise odeur notamment odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. Difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude.
Personnel très peu présent, +- réactif par message.

C’est très rustique, il y avait seulement une prise dans la chambre, les rideaux n’étaient absolument pas couvrant. Il n’y avait pas de savon.

The property is not properly maintaned and cleaned. Stayed in budget room, the water is often run out.

There is little security. The main door is open all day and sometimes there’s no staff around. Also, the lock on my door was just a small sliding lock, that could easily be kicked down.

There is also a huge health concern. There is a humidity problem and Mold was climbing down the walls of my room. My lungs unfortunately hurt by the end of the first day. I see the hotel reply to similar reviews with snarky comments about being out of your comfort zone and that’s how humid mountain environments are. I work and live in a very similar climate, I understand that it is difficult to manage this, but it’s also a health risk and transparency is important for guests with preexisting health conditions.

Being upset with the mold & security does not mean I’m not comfortable getting out of my comfort zone. There are some things that any hotel, budget or luxury, is responsible for ensuring their guests. Basic safety and health is one of them.

Really cold, damp, smell of mould, wet bedding and water from the tap was a funny colour. We know that it is hard to manage this in such a mountainous area however work is needed to improve insulation and heating of the rooms to minimise these issues.

Si la propreté était correcte, il serait appréciable de lever les araignée au plafond. Personne n’a envie de dormir avec ça. Cela demande peu d’effort, donc c’est le seul point qui m’a dérangé.

Nous avons tout de même eu des problèmes avec l'eau qui a été coupée à la fin de notre séjour.

Propreté de la douche et toilettes, ça aurait mérité un nettoyage. L'eau n'avait pas de pression le soir, alors le chauffe-eau n'arrivait pas à se mettre en marche à cause du faible débit pour chauffer l'eau, on a dû atteindre le matin pour se doucher.

Stan obiektu jest fatalny, wygląda jakby nikt w nim nie sprzątał od lat. Pokój jest obrzydliwie brudny, aż strach dotknąć czegokolwiek.

Nous nous sommes faites volées de l’argent. La douche n’est pas propre

Room dirty
The premises were HORRIBLE. It seemed as there had been a houseparty in the kitchen with piles of dirty glasses and dishes.
There is a sink in the middle of the place full of junk no one has cleaned
No breakfast or dinner was offered (although announced)
No hot water(when it was announce there was)
No good charging facilities
Room was freezing cold
Room was very noisy
Staff was hugely absent with almost always reception empty
Drinking water or tea run out very fast
