La struttura era pulita

Cons:

Il riscaldamento era spento e faceva freddo per il vento e la pioggia non sono riuscita a dormire per il freddo e l'umidità dovrebbero almeno accendere i caloriferi

Чисто и аккуратно!

Cons:

Очень сильно воняло куревом, мы с ребёнком чуть не задохнулись!
Комната находится в подвальном помещении!
Очень сложно было попасть в дом. Центральная дверь многоквартирного дома заперта на замок если вам повезёт дозвониться до хозяйки то через некоторое время дверь откроется!

Pros:

Ottima pulizia della camera, posizione buona. Il personale molto disponibile tramite telefono.

Cons:

Si tratta di un seminterrato, l'androne del palazzo era maleodorante, il bagno privato è fuori dalla stanza.

Il gestore non rispondeva ai messaggi, indicazioni per arrivare sbagliate, abbiamo dovuto telefonare quando eravamo in zona, i locali sono sotto il livello della strada,la camera aveva il bagno privato ma fuori dalla stanza e si doveva passare per la cucina comune, camera umida con deumidificatore che andava sempre,riscaldamento era spento di giorno veniva acceso verso le 18 ed andava di notte.
Password wi fi scritta in camera sbagliata.
Zona con parcheggi a pagamento con strisce blu non facile da trovare.
Camera e bagno puliti.
Cucina attrezzata normalmente.

Mi è piaciuto il caffè, peccato per il bagno privato ,ma fuori.pero' valido.genova dopo anni tenebrosi,rivede la luce con la nuova amministrazione dove c'è tutto,tutto iper ok.
