Pros:

Joli appartement de style italien
Hôte très agréable et de bon conseil
Un peu vieillot au niveau de la salle de bain et WC non séparé

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très moyen
Pas de yaourt pas de fruit pas de jus de fruit et gâteau sous blister
Pas de pain....il aurait besoin d'être un peu plus achalandé..

Pros:

Appartamento con decorazioni, porte e soffitti intarsiati e decorati, in un palazzo storico degli anni '20. La titolare della struttura e' una bella persona, simpatica e sempre disponibile.
Difficile trovare parcheggio per strada, ma la proprietaria mi ha accompagnato personalmente al garage a 10 min. di distanza che costa 20 eu.

Cons:

Su Booking non e' segnalato in modo chiaro che i servizi sono in condivisione.

Excepcional, tant pel lloc en si mateix com per l'amfitriona! Un edifici del anys 1930 (crec) amb tot el glamour i "luxe" de la burgesia benestant (un Notari?). I l'amfitriona és un encant de dona que ha fet la meva estada a Genova encara més agradable.
Llit còmode.
Ubicació molt bona, en un barri autèntic, amb molta vida veïnal i comerç local. A 5 minuts caminant de l'estació de tren de Sampierdarena que us comunica amb la resta de la ciutat i quasi davant d'una parada de bus urbà amb molt bona freqüència.

Cons:

Jo estic encantat amb el lloc però cal tenir en compte que els anys no perdonen i les persianes pesen, les portes no tenen un ajust silenciós i els interruptors no tenen una lògica actual. Detalls menors sense importància.

Inconvénients compensés par la gentillesse et la prévenance de l'hôtesse

La disponibilité de l'hôtesse et sa gentillesse.
Le cadre authentique de l'apprt et de l'immeuble dans son jus...

Cons:

Très bruyant ( sur l'avenue avec circulation tardive0h45 comme matinale 5h45 ) pour un sommeil réparateur sans double visage isolant ...manque un rideau occultant pour éviter la. Luminosité du jour aura vers le store .

Domitilla was a warm and wonderful host. The property was convenient to train station, cafes, bars, shopping centre. The apartment was delightful with a beautiful terrace.

Pros:

Notre hôtesse qui habite aussi dans l'appartement est très prévenante, réactive et aidante (en plus des bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants).
A proximité de la gare Genova sampierdarena, train moins cher et plus rapide pour aller au centre, que les transports en commun.
En plus l'appartement a beaucoup de charme (coup de coeur pour le salon style copedé)

Cons:

La chambre donne sur une rue très passante et donc bruyante. Heureusement notre chère hôtesse, toujours prévenante, offre Les boules quiès nécessaires et suffisantes sans avoir même besoin de le lui demander.

Przemiła gospodyni, służąca radą i pomocą. Piękne i stylowe wnętrza, przestronny pokój.
Bardzo dobra kawa z rana. Dobry dojazd autobusem do centrum.

Cons:

Głośna ulica, nawet w nocy: może niektórym przeszkadzać.
