Emplacement . Picune propre mais froide. extérieure bien entretenu.

Cons:

Porte qui ferme pas à clef, Clim qui donne le lit, pas de mini bar. Attente de 30mn avent d’avoir les clefs.

Great location and value for a home stay
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, especially when they carried suitcases up 4 flights if stairs. Simple breakfast choice but satisfying. Lovely garden, great location with many food, massage places and shops a few minute walk. Not far walk to market, palace etc.

Cons:

There was a loud rooster next door but not the property's responsibility. Could be good to put finer fly screen on bathroom window as few moths got in etc.

Great homestay and location
Pros:

Great location with lots of restuarants on the street and 5min walk to the Palace and markets.
Clean comfortable room. Access to refillable drinking water was great.

Cons:

Neighboring rooster wakes you early but that's a welcome to Bali.

Great location, pool was nice. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

There were dry wood termites in the wooden bed frame. Twice a day there would be a pile of ‘Frazz’ around the leg of the bed on the floor, it was just a bit gross if you forgot and stepped in it.

Logement top au calme
Pros:

Logement en plein centre d'Ubud mais au fond d'une cours donc totalement au calme.
Le bassin très agréable.
Le marché a quatre minutes à pied.
Le personnel parfait.
Pour quelques nuits a Ubud je recommande et reviendrai !
