Séjour magnifique, la vue au réveil est juste fantastique ! Un lieu idéal si vous souhaitez être au calme, loin du tumulte de la ville ! Nous sommes arrivés à 23h et le propriétaire nous a proposé un dîner ! Ce qui était vraiment très gentil de sa part ! Il nous a également prêté une moto pour aller à la plage ! La gentillesse et l'accueil sont les maîtres mots de cet endroit !

The food was excellent. We liked the trip with the boat through the backwaters early morning very much, we saw a lot of birds and chinese fishing nets. The staff was very friendly and helpful and explained a lot. We could even borrow a scooter from them to make a trip to a temple on our own. Location: Authentic village life in the middle of nowhere (good if you are looking for this). You get to see a lot of birds and bats.

We had a lovely time at Breeze Backwater Homes. The property is genuinely beautiful, peaceful, and perfect if you want to disconnect. The hospitality was exceptional: warm, attentive, and very personal. One of the highlights for us was spotting jugnu (fireflies) at night, which felt magical, especially for someone coming from Delhi NCR where this is almost unimaginable.

We loved our stay there, and we would absolutely come back again. The staff was very helpful and prepared very delicious meals every day upon request. If you want to relax in nature and get to know the local cuisine without going out - this hotel will be a great choice! They also offer cool boat tours for birdwatching

Lovely peaceful place right at the water with stunning views and sounds of birds. Very tranquil, but also close enough to Kochi (c. 45min) to do some sightseeing and explore the town. We stayed for two nights and did a boat tour one morning with the owner Ajeesh which was great - he took us to different spots, including a beach and explained some wildlife to us, and we didn’t see a single other boat. Highly recommended! Ajeesh also helped us organise a driver for airport pick up who was reliable.

A decent dinner menu to choose from (we had dinner there both nights) and nice breakfast - all with great views right at the water.

Wonderful place! We absolutely recommend staying here, away from all the tourists. This place and the people working here felt so authentic. The early morning boat trip was amazing!

Lovely quiet location with lots of space to chill out- I loved to read in the sun on the hammock. We took an early morning backwaters trip which was stunning and involved a lovely walk through the wetlands. On another day we borrowed a motorbike and went exploring in the area. The staff were super friendly and everything was very clean- a really tranquil place for a night or 2 and very good value.

Excellent food - ask what they have fresh and you will enjoy a very tasty treat.
We took two trips out on the boat which were very special as a private trip and so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing bird life.

Outstanding property, peaceful among backwaters' greenery. The most helpful staff makes the guest feel like family members, the food is homemade and tasty- highly recommended chicken/prawns mango curry! Whatever food you wish for they can make it come true. The cottage we had was cozy and spacious. Cleanliness at its peak. The rooms are filled with needed equipment. The staff can organize adventurous activities and tours if you wish for. We will come again and again! Thank you!

Great hosts always there to help but respectful of our space too, great food and 5 minutes walk to a local bar. Very beautiful relaxing location right on the lakeside and very chilled. So much better than the photographs portray. Also put on a 4 hour boat trip for us on request which was excellent with incredible wildlife.

They have been very nice. They organized for us the transport to go to a temple where we had a wonderful experience. they also provided a nice boat trip along the backwaters morning and evening

Ajeesh is an excellent host who accommodated us in his complex beyond our expectations. Don't know where to even start saying good things about this place. Host went above and beyond with his hospitality and insuring our every need and wish is fulfilled :)
The place is a magnificent silent property on the lake out of the beaten path! Ajeesh organised us a private boat tour on the backwaters in the small canals that was just unreal. Since we experienced backwather tour in Allepey, this put the Allepey one to shame. The one we did here was like a dream, a real authentic Kerala backwathers with no other boat and tourist in sight. We loved every minute of the 3 hour long tour with Thileken and wish it never ended. Ajeesh and his team prepared us delicious meals whenever we wanted and was best for us.
Accomodation is just on the lake with a lot of birds and is just a perfect place for nature lovers and especially birdwatchers. We woke up very early just to look at sunlight that you can see from the accomodation. Really there are no words to explain this fantastic place.

Breeze Backwater Homes was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. It is situated right on the water and the rooms are modern, very clean & beautiful.
The manager was extremely helpful, providing details of buses and trains, recommendations for a dance show in Kochi and coming to meet our tuk tuk when he got lost on the way back. He also arranged a boat tour just for the two of us from the hotel. He went out of his way to look after us, even provided tea and toast when we arrived at midnight from our flight, he also provided a packed breakfast when we had to check out very early for a train. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Kerala.

It is a quiet, unique, and really pleasant destination. The host is truly friendly and helpful. We ask for some indications, a boat trip in Backwater canals and lakes, help to organize a trip to Thekkady in the mountains etc. All of it was easy and comfortable because of our host assistance. The local food served at breakfast and dinners was really tasty and safe. We have chosen it instead of the British like breakfasts and it was a good choice. Thanks a lot! The waters around are salt cause it is ocean backwater and because of that there were no moscitos, no flies, it was a nice surprise as well. It is far enough from town and main roads to be quiet and close enough to go to Kochin or a beach by scooter. The nearby Pallithode beach is empty, no tourists at all, just fishermen in a long distance... And boats, sand, and palms...
