Thái độ chủ nhà không thân thiện. Tệ
Cons:

12h trả phòng mà mình mới trễ 8 phút chưa kịp soạn đồ xong, chủ nhà đã lên gõ cửa hối trả phòng, mà thái độ rất khó khăn, mặt nhăng gằng giọng tỏ ra khó chịu. Mình trả phòng trễ 30p phụ thu thêm 10% là 30k.
Chuyện phụ thu thêm vì trễ thì cũng không sao nhưng thái độ chủ nhà không chấp nhận được.
Vì booking không có cho reply trên đánh giá nên mình xin phản biện ý kiến chủ chủ khách sạn như sau:
1. Mình khẳng định là chủ khách sạn gõ cửa lúc 12h08p. Mình trả phòng và thanh toán lúc 12h36pchứ không phải 1h như chủ KS reply. (mình có chụp hình lại giao dịch ngân hàng đính kèm - mình thanh toán 45k vì có dùng 1 chai nước suối trong phòng giá 15k - gía phòng mình ban đầu là 300k)
2. Chủ khách sạn reply là mình đang ngủ thì cho mình hỏi lúc bạn gõ cửa thì của phòng đang đóng thì làm sao bạn biết được là mình đang ngủ hay đang soạn đồ trong phòng vậy ?
3. Bữa đó là trời mưa nên mình có nán lại không trả phòng đúng giờ. Mình thiết nghĩ bạn làm dịch vụ cũng nên cân nhắc mấy vấn đề này chứ đừng có hành động cứng nhắc đúng giờ là lên gõ cửa như vậy. Như mình nói mình không thích cái thái độ mặt mày cau có khi lên gõ của phòng như vậy. Bạn có quyền lên gõ cửa hỏi khách hàng mấy giờ trả phòng nhưng bạn làm dịch vụ thì cũng nên vui vẻ tí chứ đừng có làm cái kiểu khó chịu như vậy. Mình cũng từng thuê khách sạn nhiều chỗ chưa thấy chỗ nào thái đọ giống bạn cả (1 lần nữa mình khẳng định là bạn gõ của lúc 12h08p).
Mình nhận phòng lúc 19h03p thì trả phòng trễ 1 tí vì trời mưa thì có quá đáng lắm không?
Như mình nói bạn có thể gõ cửa hỏi mấy giờ trả phòng để biết sắp xếp thời gian cho khách sau ở, bạn cũng có thể phụ thu nếu ở quá số giờ quy đinh. Nhưng đừng có mà thái độ như vậy.

I love it there. I have been there before and I am already planning my next visit.
Pros:

There is a multi generational family that owns and operates this home stay. They are all very friendly and helpful with my needs. They have affordable bicycles for a very reasonable daily rental price and the bicycle makes the commute to the old city very convenient. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and small shops in the vicinity.

Cons:

The beds are on the firm side. I didn’t lose any sleep but I do prefer slightly softer beds.

Really friendly family and the house is tucked away in a corner... Nice and quiet just how I like it

Grab riders had a hard time finding it. They need a bigger sign. Oh. Ants kept coming into the bathroom to die. Lots of them.

Really lovely stay and warm and kind family. Would recommend to anyone to stay at Star Garden
Pros:

Dao and her family are so sweet. We immediately felt welcome and at home. We rented bicycles from Dao and could easily get around and enjoyed biking into old town. Lovely days at Star Garden.

Super friendly host. Very clean.! Comfortable bed and nice rooms. Very good price. A little bit outside of center but easy to get to town with bikes. One day I came home very late and she still opend the door with a smile. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!
