Lovely comfy local stay
Pros:

Had a lovely start in Hoi An at sunny garden. The host Thuy is very friendly and speaks great English. She had a lot of information and you can book trips with her if you wish. We had already booked well in advance to avoid disappointment though. You can walk into town over the bridge in about 10 minutes. It is pretty quiet in the surrounding streets and you can get quick food in the local area if you don't want to walk into town. We had breakfast on two of our days for convenience but it was great both days. We had beef pho one day and a quick banh mi the other as we were going on an early trip and didn't have so much time. You also get coffee and for both of us together we had a plate of fruit including a whole mango, pineapple, passion fruit and dragon fruit!

Cons:

Done if the local residential streets can get a bit flooded after heavy rain so just walk down to the nearest main road and go round. It only added a few minutes and didn't spoil it stay at all.

Pros:

היחס של הבעלים Thui נהדר, חדר נקי ומשופץ איבדנו את מפתחות מנעול האופניים ובעלת המלון הגיעה לחלץ אותנו ללא כל תמורה, המתנה בלובי ושימוש בשירותים ומקלחת מעבר לשעות עזיבת החדר ואף כיבדו אותנו בבקבוקי מים חינם.

חסר מעלית, אך לא נורא למבנה בעל 2 קומות.

Geweldig adres!
Pros:

De rustige locatie, maar wel op loopafstand van de stad, supervriendelijk personeel, lekker fruit bij het ontbijt, grote kamer, gratis fietsen, leuke eethuisjes in de buurt, kortom alles top!

Fantastic Home Stay
Pros:

Room was light and airy with big windows and a small balcony.
Thuy was a lovely friendly and helpful host.
Located just a ten to fifteen miinute walk from the old town in a quiet, mainly residential area, if was nice to get back to the calm after the busy bustle of the old town.
Would definitely look to stay here again when back in Hoi An.

Entspannter schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Etwas ruhigere Lage aber fußläufig trotzdem sehr nah zur Altstadt. Sunny war super freundlich und aufmerksam und hat uns viele Empfehlungen für die Stadt gegeben. Der Wäscheservice hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir waren fünf Nächte dort und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Pros:

Ubicación en una zona tranquila, a 5 minutos a pie del casco antiguo.
Nos hicieron la habitación todos los días, algo que se agradece. Alquilamos moto con ellos y te recomiendan donde poder ir para conocer la zona. Desayuno excelente y super completo. Son unos anfitriones extraordinarios. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna.

Pros:

Wonderful experience staying at this home stay, comfortable clean spacious room, hosted by a lovely helpful family who made us the most delicious breakfast every morning. The Cau Lau (local version of pho), was the best breakfast I had in Vietnam. Host was so welcoming and gave us loads of advice on where to go and what to do. Will definitely do a home stay again and thoroughly recommend Sunny Garden.

The family who run this homestay are so accommodating and lovely! Would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The location was lovely, just over the bridge from the noise of hoi an but not too far to walk to and from the accommodation. Comfy beds, hot showers, nice balcony. Great price, in fact she let us extend our stay for longer than we booked.

5 days at sunny garden hoi an, favourite place we’ve stayed in SE Asia
Pros:

We had an amazing time with Thuy, perfect location as it’s close enough to the old town but still able to get away from the crowds. Thuy and her mother were so welcoming to us and helped us with booking whatever we needed. Thank you so much
