Perfektes Homestay in Hoi An
Pros:

Die Familie ist sehr liebevoll, total authentisch und unterstützen einen bei jedem Anliegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, komfortabel und die Lage ist perfekt. Man läuft nur ca. 1 Minute zum Strand. Für Verpflegung ist dort auch gesorgt, man kann sich leckere Cocktails (unser Favorit: Margaritas) und Essen direkt an den Strand bringen lassen. Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal dort und würden die Unterkunft immer wieder aufs Neue buchen. Wir können das Homestay wirklich von Herzen empfehlen!

Ruhiges Homestay in Strandnähe
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Trotz sehr spätem Check in wurde gewartet und es gab trotz später Stunde ein Begrüßungsgetränk. Das Homestay liegt ca 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und in der Umgebung gibt es genügend Restaurants. Es liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, so das wenig von der Strasse zu hören ist. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zum Frühstück kann man aus einer Karte auswählen. Für die Fahrt in die Altstadt von Hoi An kann man sich ein Grab kommen lassen.

I want to live at this house!
Pros:

This homestay is absolutely brilliant value for this area. The vibe was really pleasant, tucked down one of the little alleyways and less than a minute from the beach. It was very convenient for everything in An Bang, while still being quiet and having a lovely village neighbourhood feel. The bedroom, bathroom, and balcony were all spacious, and I was surprised by how roomy it was overall. Everything was clean, and I felt instantly relaxed. The service was also great - they were very easy-going and kind.
We opted for the breakfast, which was also great value. If you stay at the homestay, you can use the lounge chairs on the beach for free, which is very handy.
I didn't want to leave and will definitely come back some day.

Wie waren 9 Tage in den beiden oberen Zimmern mit der großen Terrasse. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Zimmer und Badezimmer groß, hell und schön, bequeme Betten, viele Kissen, Netflix, stabiles W-LAN, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, sauber, Moskitonetz…
Und überaus liebe Gästebetreuung!

Chambre belle, grande, propre et confortable près d’une belle plage et de deux restaurants exquis
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé. La proximité de la plage (une belle plage! Et comme les transats réservés sont tout au bout de la plage, on ne se sent pas dans un endroit très fréquenté. Et il y a un gardien de plage dévoué qui peut nous amener des plats et drinks!), la propreté IRRÉPROCHABLE de la chambre, le balcon, la communication facile, l’amabilité du staff.

Cons:

Des bruits forts de radio ou de télé provenant de voisins en soirée… ce qui rendait la relaxation sur le balcon impossible.

Cons:

They cancelled my.booking on the day of my arrival.... During Tet!!
I had only made the booking the day before and received a personal confirmation message. Then they cancelled by text the next day advising they had double booked.
There was not much alternative accommodation left and it really affected my plans in a negative way

Hìên and her family are very very friendly and helpful. The Beach is very close and the rooms are freshly cleaned every day. There are some nice restaurants nearby.

Best Host.
Pros:

The host is really friendly,she helped us to get anything that we needed,she helped us carry our luggage and when we were check out early to go to Airport she gave us Bahn mi for free.We are really recommend this homestay 👌👌👌

Pros:

The people of the homestay were very sweet and helped us with our everything we asked for. They dan make breakfast, you can get drinks and water for a little extra fee. And you can get the bicycle for free. And the shower is the best with hot water and a lot of pressure!

Pros:

We adored Local Beach Homestay. We were greeted with smiles, fresh juice, and a beautiful, peaceful room. Everything about it was perfect. Clean, fresh, beautiful aesthetics, serene, and only a stone's throw from the beach.

We had stayed in Old Town for a couple of nights prior; although we enjoyed it very much, we found ourselves needing to regroup and lounge before heading to another country. Don't hesitate to book this lovely charming place if you seek the sweetness and peace of a local "family" run homestay. I promise you won't regret it.
