Amazing service
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and attentive a friendly. Always found solutions to any issue we had getting around Vietnam and very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay.

Pros:

Location-wise, it’s excellent. The bed was super comfortable, and there’s also an aesthetic café downstairs for your caffeine fix.

Cons:

They also didn’t reply to messages on Booking, and housekeeping only tidied the room on the first night.

Good location for ancient town. Lots to eat and lots to see
Pros:

Great location walking distance to everything. Room was cute.

Cons:

The room smelled moldy. The front desk guy had us sit and wait which was fine, but it had been a while while no other guest was there so I asked how long it was going to be… he wasn’t even working on our reservation he was playing a game on his phone the whole time.
