Cons:

The room was really dirty: not only dusty, but there was also shit from small animals around the stairs leading to the room, on the room walls, and in the toilet — even inside the sink. This could have been avoided if the room had been properly prepared before our arrival. We don’t know if it was geckos or mice, and we didn’t investigate because honestly, we didn’t want to know.
We also paid extra for an early check-in, but they weren’t able to provide us with towels and toilet paper immediately.
For an Indian price, it’s a really expensive room compared to what you get. I honestly don’t understand where all the good reviews come from.

Pros:

Need in house tea arrangement. We have to move out side all time for tea and breakfast.

Cons:

Need fumigation in room as many cockroch moving around bad and toilet.
