Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter Check in, Größe des Zimmers.
Lieblose und unvollständige Einrichtung mit minderwertigen Möbeln, 1 ungemütliche Deckenlampe, nur 1 Nachttisch (DZ) keine Nachttischlampe, Elektrokabel aus der Steckdose, sehr laut, da es an einer großen Straße liegt und schlecht isoliert ist.
Alloggio datato, si trova in un palazzo, non c'è reception , per entrare devi aspettare che qualche inquilino esca dallo stabile, Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci le lenzuola .....,.. In bagno mancavano delle piastrelline, la pulizia lasciava desiderare, avevamo solo gli asciugamani della doccia e non quelle del viso

O chuveiro não sai água quente , eu de manhã tive que tomar banho gelado, eu odiei o cheio das almofadas velhas eu tenho foto de tudo não gostei do lugar pq estava com cheiro de coisa velha demais. Corredor tudo escuro, não me senti segura lá

Kamer leek erg stoffig waardoor het heel benauwd was. Verder was het appartement wat rumoerig en hoor je vaak de vliegtuigen.
Pretty comfortable location (especially if you intend using metro rather than overground trains) and kind and responsive staff. Communication was prompt and easy.
Rooms don't look as displayed in the pics, all is pretty old and minimal. I hadn't read all reviews, but the noise of planes flying over is significant (night included) and you definitely need earplugs for a decent sleep. Being on a first floor with no curtains means you either close the shutters or people outside will see you (so, less air, less light). There is a kettle in the room and some mugs in the apartment, but really nothing else. For example, on hot days having access to a common fridge could help, at least you could keep water fresh...overall, decent, but not much care put to provide comfort. A little extra effort could make a stay more pleasant.
