This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

The biggest and most serious issue was the bed. There appeared to be bed bugs in the mattress, and I woke up covered in bites all over my body. I have stayed in many different accommodations before, and this is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this. It was absolutely unacceptable and made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable and stressful.

Unfortunately, this was not the only problem. The whole property was dirty, old, neglected, and clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. The room and common areas did not feel hygienic at all, and the bed linen did not appear to be changed regularly.

There were also no clear instructions for check-in or arrival. Staff were not always present at the property, even when needed, and communication was extremely difficult. When we called for help, it was difficult to get useful information or directions, partly because the staff spoke very little English.

The atmosphere at the property was also very uncomfortable. There were often unfamiliar people hanging around the premises, sometimes behaving inappropriately, which made the place feel unpleasant and unsettling. On top of that, it was extremely noisy, especially at night, with disturbing noise almost every evening. There were also unpleasant smells throughout the property.

Overall, the place felt dirty, poorly maintained, unhygienic, noisy, and badly managed. But above everything else, the fact that I was bitten all over my body after sleeping on the mattress was completely unacceptable. I have never had such a bad experience with accommodation before, and I would absolutely not stay here again.

ATENCIÓN TIMO: NO EXISTE EL ALOJAMIENTO. TUVIMOS QUE RECURRIR A LA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE DE BOOKING.

Binada ledi's House ile ilgili hiç bir bilgi yok. 6 nolu binaya gidin ve 3. Kata çıkın. Ama burada bir görevli de yok, telefonla aramalısınız ve Portekizce bilmelisiniz. Yoksa whatsuptan translater ile yazışın. Maalesef öncesinde bilgi verilmediği için bu şekilde girilebiliyor. Bir de kaldığım oda ağır sigara kokuyordu.

Por dónde empiezo… Es complicado dar con el sitio porque el edificio entero está lleno de hostales similares y no hay un cartel ni fuera del edificio ni en la misma puerta. Después de probar un par de veces conseguí llegar al lugar. No tiene recepción y tienes que esperar a que venga la encargada así que pacta una hora de llegada para que esté ahí. En cuanto al sitio, muy muy básico, con lo justo y necesario eso sí la habitación estaba muy limpia. La señora que limpia fue quien me recibió y era encantadora. Lo peor sin duda las áreas comunes empezando por los baños. Tiene un baño y un aseo. El baño con ducha da asco usarlo. La ducha no traga y te tienes que duchar con los pies encharcados y la alfombra que hay estaría bien limpiarla de vez en cuando. Tampoco había jabón de manos ni champú y tuve que ir a comprar para rellenar el bote vacío que había en el lavamanos (ahí se quedó el resto para que lo usen con otros huéspedes). La cocina no la usé porque no tenía muy buena pinta. Las habitaciones tienen llave física propia de los años 70 aunque luego las puertas de entrada sí que funcionan por teclado con código.

O prédio e o quarto/apartamento são antigos, e o desgaste é muito visível. O acesso ao WC a partir do meu quarto também não era muito prático. O colchão e a cama eram desconfortáveis e barulhentos.

Unser Zimmer ging zu einem Schacht hinaus, was das Lüften bei dem heißen Wetter zu einer unbefriedigenden Erfahrung machte. Das Zimmer roch dadurch etwas muffig. Außerdem konnte man über den Schacht die lautstarken Gespräche der Nachbarn in der Nacht und deren nicht ganz so appetitliche Morgentoilette vernehmen. Dafür kann der Host natürlich nichts.
