Lisa was so kind and friendly, she even offered to walk with me to collect my son from the festival. She made sure we had all we needed including a range of food for breakfast and drinks. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The location is great for Victoria park and for buses.
Everything you need is there. Netflix on TV, bed was confy. Lisa let us check in early too which was a huge help.
The room is in a family home so its pretty safe but not being able to lock the door when I left and needing to go into a seperate room for the bathroom did make me feel slightly uneasy as I wasnt expecting it, The bathroom is for private use of guests but there is a chance you would see the family on the way to/from the toilet/shower. If this wouldnt bother you, this is a really lovely stay.
Lisa was a wonderful host and we felt instantly welcomed. The studio room is cosy and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay as is the private bathroom. We stayed to be close to Victoria Park which was only a ten minute walk away. The bed was super comfy and breakfast supplies were perfect. For those staying longer Lisa has really thought through things you might need-umbrella, hair dryer, curler, shopping bag etc We would definitely come back if we ever needed a stay in the area again. ☺️
I would say the only downside to the property is being able to hear outside noise quite clearly when going to bed BUT ear plugs are provided which helps!
The appartment was absolutely perfect, the room was even better than in the photos, comfy couch and bed, tv with netflix and prime video on, mini fridge, coffee machine, even and iron and iron board, and plenty of storage for your clothes. The bathroom was totally private and right next to the room, super spacious and had everything we needed to shower. Everything was super clean and in perfect condition! Also Lisa bought us a lot of options for breakfast, including fruits, bread, cereal, milk, coffee, etc, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, she was an incredible host!!!
Location wise, great! Zone 2, next to Victoria Park and London fields, very cool area, and calm at night.
200% would stay here again in my next trip to London!
The street can get a bit noisy at night, but Lisa give you earplugs so you can have a good night sleep, so I have NOTHING BAD to say about the flat.
Location was perfect for me. Lisa is an incredibly warm, accommodating host. The bed was super comfortable. Lisa left tons pf snacks/breakfast items for me to enjoy. I really loved my stay.

The bus to the wedding venue stopped outside and runs 24 hours so great for public transport

We had a warm welcome from Adrian on arrival. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. Lisa has thought of everything with generous supplies of food, equipment and toiletries.

Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist für eine Person optimal, für zwei wird es etwas eng. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich....Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle...alles da.
Die Bushaltestelle ist nur um die Ecke.

You cannot lock the door of the room when leaving the house, but we were not worried as the hosts were extremely friendly and trustworthy.
Posizione strategica per visitare Londra, si raggiunge benissimo coi mezzi pubblici. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. Camera comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Accoglienza da parte della signora Lisa super! Esperienza top. Ci torneremo se avremo occasione
