struttura situata in una posizione molto buona per girare napoli tranquillamente .
la signora Clelia é stata gentilissima e accogliente fin da prima del nostro arrivo .
inoltre c’è la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check - out .
consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia andare a napoli !

Pros:

Posto centralissimo e facilmente raggiungibile, collegato molto bene con tutta Napoli, grazie ai mezzi pubblici, ai taxi e alla metropolitana a pochi passi dalla struttura. Però, ciò che ci ha colpito ancora di più è stata l’accoglienza del personale: disponibilissimo e molto alla mano. Ci hanno consigliato anche alcuni posti da visitare e qualche locale dove degustare dell’ottimo cibo! Siamo stati supportati in tutto, personale molto empatico e gentile, sia al telefono che di persona. Siamo davvero molto soddisfatti e molto contenti di aver scelto Clelia’s room e ci ritorneremo molto presto.

Cons:

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Non c’era scelta migliore. Sismo molto contenti di aver soggiornato da loro. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Just sufficient
Pros:

There was no breakfast.The position of the room is very central and that is a good thing.

Cons:

Pillows and matress were of bad quality and old, the sleep was not so good. Also the air condition was not good preserved, there was dust and it was working very slowly and not sufficiently. Sheets also were not very fresh/ clean

Posizione eccellente, stanza comoda!
Pros:

La posizione è davvero ottima, perfetta per muoversi comodamente anche a piedi e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse senza difficoltà.

Un grande punto di forza è stata la signora Clelia, estremamente disponibile e gentilissima, e le ragazze del suo staff: abbiamo avuto tutte le indicazioni necessarie rendendo il nostro arrivo e la permanenza a Napoli molto più semplici.
Abbiamo anche apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, dovendo ripartire nel pomeriggio.

Lenzuola e asciugamani erano pulitissimi.
I letti erano comodi.

Cons:

La pulizia era buona, ma non eccellente. Potrebbe essere curata un po' di più la pulizia del pavimento e del bagno, per rendere l’esperienza ancora migliore.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, metro duomo a 300 metri e stessa distanza per spaccanapoli con i locali tipici. Struttura accogliente, pulita e con tutti confort, asciugamani super morbidi e profumati, phon vero e non il solito degli hotel, c'era pure la crema idratante!!!
Ma il plus è Clelia, il suo sorrido e l'entusiasmo per la sua città sono contagiosi. Si è preoccupata del brutto tempo e ci ha messo a disposizione degli ombrelli per la pioggia. Ci ha fornito le giuste dritte per i locali, insomma un valore aggiunto.
