Pros:

In via Duomo, letteralmente a due passi da spacca Napoli. Vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni del centro, pizzerie, pasticcerie, trattorie. La proprietaria è stata disponibile, ci ha aiutato e consigliato per gli spostamenti e per il cibo. Inoltre è stata premurosa, ogni giorno ci mandava un messaggio per sapere come stava andando il soggiorno. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno del checkout.

Cons:

L'ascensore era rotto, ma c'erano i tecnici che stavano provvedendo alla sistemazione

Location-wise great, comfort, cleanliness is OK. Good place to stay for a short trip!
Pros:

The location was great, right in the historic city center, with many interesting sights, shops, restaurants nearby. The amenities were as advertised, there was a private bathroom, aircon, TV and wifi access. Clelia also provided some great recommendations of places to visit nearby. Self-check-in was also easy to do, the host allowed a late check-in, and instructions were given in time and were clear.

Cons:

The bathroom, while acceptable, wasn't the cleanest. The tap was a bit difficult to open, the shower head was a bit more dirty (limescale) than I would've liked. The aircon's outdoor unit was also loud and could be heard from inside the room, along with loud discussions in the common area (some guests were talking loudly well into the quieter hours like after 22:00). Some additional sound-proofing would've been welcome. The bed was also quite creaky (metal bedframe), so turning around the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

La habitacion tiene dos niveles .La cama esta arriba y el baño abajo , lo que nos resulto un poco incomodo .
El colchon estaba vencido .
La entrada del edificio estaba bastante sucia y descuidada

Pros:

Tanto la limpieza del lugar como la atención fueron realmente excelentes. La cama muy cómoda! Clelia nos recibió con mucha cortesía y estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estadía fuera lo más confortable posible. Recomendamos ampliamente
