margherita, la propietaria, è fantastica. La struttura è perfetta.

Очень удачное расположение. Недалеко от набережной и всех достопримечательностей . Хозяйка Маргерита прямо окружила заботой. Сразу прислала подробные инструкции как и на чем лучше доехать, как дойти и пр. Встретила нас со своими питомцами-котикамм, подробно рассказала о квартире и о том, что и где лучше покупать . Вообщем, все по-домашнему.

Appartamento posto subito dietro Piazza del Plebiscito, due camere da letto, un divano letto, un bagno... condizionatore caldo freddo in entrambi le camere, caffè con capsule borbone in regalo, un piccolo frigo, forno a microonde...la padrona di casa, la signora Margherita, è una persona eccezionale, ti accoglie, ti consiglia cosa c'è da visitare, oltre al centro storico, ristoranti e trattorie dove andare a mangiare (Pastamore e chiatamone, buonissimo cibo), è sempre lì, attenta ad ogni tuo bisogno (mia figlia ha avuto un disturbo e le ha persino fatto un the' caldo con tanto limone!) ...ci ha fatto lasciare le valigie nell'appartamento fino alla partenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Tha location is perfect to explore the city. Very nice viby area good restaurants around the corner. Margherita is a fantastic host.

The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted, in the heart of Naples, at a good price. Margherita was really helpful. It was nice to have a little social space as well as the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location - safe and close to attractions. Welcoming host, aircon was a godsend in August and room configuration is perfect for two couples.

Great location close to Plebiscite plaza. Just below the apartment was a very good pizza restaurant and coffee shop. The owner was helpful with suggestions on things to do in Naples. Two bedroom with comfortable beds. Shower was ok.

At Parthenope’s Nest you get two authentic experiences. Firstly there is the amazing Margherita - nothing is too hard or impossible. She goes out of her way to provide a unique Perfect 10 experience.
Then you get to experience a spacious apartment in the heart of authentic Naples. Everything is within walking distance and you feel the heartbeat of the locals. I strongly recommend.

This was a well located roomy apartment where a lot of thought had gone into making things comfortable for guests. There was a kettle and a coffee maker and some crockery so you could bring back food to eat if you like. The air-conditioning worked really well and we slept welll. Margherita was a great host. She was responsive to messages before we arrived, and even allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight. It was great to be in the heart of Naples and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Margherita was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect for seeing Naples and enjoying some local pizza. The apartment was great for the price.

First of all Margherita was amazing! She was so patient, professional and helpful with plans and transport ahead of time and while we were there, and keeps a very clean and comfortable apartment. Beds were super comfortable, and despite being on a traditional street in Napoli, the windows were double paned and kept excessive noise out. She had new AC units that worked perfectly. There was not a stove, but she has an induction hot plate and pans and utensils that made it easy to cook up breakfast.She also provided coffee and a small refrigerator-really it had all you needed. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment but it was made clear before our arrival so we were prepared to bring our luggage up. The location was perfect, close to Piazza Plebiscito and had such a local feel, and easy to access the harbor, the promenade, as well as shops and restaurants nearby. She recommended two restaurants for dinner for the two nights we were there and they were both fantastic! When my son experienced a stomach bug, she was so caring and helped make sure we had extra sheets and towels etc, and checked in on us. She really treated us like family. We loved our stay, loved Napoli and really appreciated Margherita!
