Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una notte dopo un concerto, e abbiamo trovato questo luogo davvero splendido. La stanza era pulitissima, spaziosa e molto raffinata; il bagno grande e davvero pulito. I gestori sono davvero gentilissimi e disponibili a qualsiasi orario, la posizione dell’alloggio è ottima in quanto vicinissima a moltissime attrazioni e punti comodi per lo spostamento con i mezzi. Vengono inoltre offerti anche dei caffe da poter consumare e acqua, così da poter fare colazione prima di uscire.
Alloggio eccellente, esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. La stanza del filosofo è stata un’ottima scoperta!

La struttura vanta una posizione strategica rispetto alle principali attrazioni. A soli 100 mt dalla stazione metropolitana “Dante”. Struttura dotata di ascensore e personale molto disponibile e gentile. camera molto pulita con un affaccio splendido dal terrazzino sulla città di Napoli.

Pros:

Tutto, dalla posizione molto centrale, vicina alla metro, al teatro e vicina all'aeroporto, alla stanza, un vero gioiello, suggestiva e accogliente. Vista mozzafiato sulla città, la stanza è molto raffinata ma estremamente accogliente. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Una soluzione perfetta per un weekend romantico.

Pros:

L'ambiente è molto accogliente e familiare e i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Camera al 5° piano con balcone, in un palazzo signorile con portineria. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di microonde, frigobar e molti libri interessanti. La posizione è davvero ottima per visitare il centro storico e muoversi a piedi.

Cons:

C'era polvere sia sulle librerie, sia in bagno. L'appartamento è un po' datato e si nota soprattutto in bagno. Data la posizione centrale, la strada su cui si affaccia la camera è piuttosto rumorosa.

avoid this place at all costs

location is great and nice view

Cons:

we immediately learned that air conditioning was broken, the owner let us know it will be fixed in the morning and gave us a small old fan. It ended up getting so hot overnight that the plastic covering for my makeup bag melted off. Meanwhile, outside felt cooler than inside the room!! obviously we couldn't sleep. I messaged the owner multiple times and was ignored.

The next day I noticed that the air conditioning and lack of communication has been an ongoing issue, based on previous reviews, and kept trying to get ahold of the owner with no luck. We tried to stay positive and went on a tour, hoping it will be fixed like they said, when we came back, it was clear nothing had been fixed. I kept waiting for a response for hours but it got to the point that I was worried I wouldn't find another place to stay overnight if I let it go any longer so I packed my stuff and left. ONLY THEN, when I sent a text message letting them know I've left, did they finally respond with a picture of a small portable air conditioner.

She tried to pretend the air conditioning issue was new to her and that "I didn't give her enough time to deal with the issue", when I pointed out the old reviews and the fact that she didn't respond to my calls and text messages until later in the afternoon when I left (even though I could hear she was clearly home), she had nothing to say besides telling me I'm being unreasonable. I'd avoid this place at all costs, there's so many amazing hosts in Naples I'd recommend over this place. Life happens and things break but to ignore messages, lie about the situation, and to not give proper accommodations when your air conditioning breaks in the summer is careless. Happy to provide screenshots for proof.

גודל החדר היה נוח

Cons:

המזגן היה ישן מאוד ובקושי עבד. הגענו בקיץ והיה חם מאוד. לא היה ניתן לשהות בחדר מרוב חום ולא הצלחנו לישון. המקלחת הייתה קטנה. האינטרנט היה מאוד חלש.
