Boa. Recomendo para quem pretende ficar próximo à Praia da Graciosa. Teve um bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Café da manhã satisfatório. Sobre a localização, os motoristas de aplicativo tinham dificuldade para encontrar o local exato. Um ponto positivo é que acomodação é perto da Praia da Graciosa.

Cons:

Tive dificuldades com o ar condicionado, mesmo seguindo as orientações do proprietário.

O anfitrião , Sr. Wagner, super simpático e receptivo. Falou sobre o local e nos antecipou o café da manhã devido o horário de nossa saída para a excursão. O café da manhã estava uma delícia.

Super indicamos a Orla Graciosa.
Pros:

Os anfitriões são super atenciosos, educados e prestativos. A propriedade fica super bem localizada, próximo à Praia Graciosa, à restaurantes e mercados, a garagem estava sempre disponível e o café da manhã apesar de simples, é delicioso, com opções que atenderam nossas necessidades.

O café da manhã está muito bom, frutas frescas, ovos mexidos e com café quentinho! O banheiro super limpo, e a localização muito boa próxima a orla!

Pros:

Os donos são bem receptivos, fomos bem orientados

Cons:

O quarto que fique é enorme super espaço e bem aconchegante, porém o ar que está no quarto não foi suficiente pra conseguir ao menos esfriar o quarto, acabamos ficando com calor em uma cidade que já é super quente. Eles tinha outros hóspedes que chegariam às 12:00, e acabaram que pecaram em frisar a todo tempo e que nosso checkout era às 11:00, ficamos meio que pressionados por esse excesso de lembrete, mas entendemos que poderia ser por situações anteriores
