Khi nhận phòng tôi đã cố gắng muốn đổi sang phòng khác để có thể tìm phòng có chất lượng vệ sinh tốt hơn, không nấm mốc nhưng toàn bộ phòng trong home (ngoại trừ phòng 1) đều rất tệ trong vấn đề vệ sinh. Tôi phải chấp nhận mất số tiền đã trả để đi cơ sở lưu trú khác, dù bạn quản gia cũng rất cố gắng khắc phục những vấn đề như: gối mốc đen vàng đề nghị mua mới, hứa đổi drap giường mới... nhưng vấn đề ở đây là miếng lót đệm đầy những vệt máu khô và vết ố loang lổ rất nhiều... phải thay mới chứ không thể dùng 1 drap giường để phủ lên là có thể khắc phục vấn đề, vì ngoài nó ra thì chăn đệm và các thứ khác tôi không thể tin nó sạch sẽ. Ngoài ra còn bị ẩm mốc tường, trần nhà, dù mùi xông tinh dầu cũng không che đậy được mùi ẩm mốc. Lời khuyên tôi đưa ra là nếu các bạn bị lừa bởi điểm vote cao của cơ sở lưu trú này thì hãy đặt phòng và đến xem trước khi nhận phòng, chứ đừng đặt cọc hoặc trả hết tiền phòng, Pleiku là nơi khách sạn và lưu trú rất nhiều lựa chọn, đừng vì chút đẹp đẽ trên ảnh hoặc bề ngoài mà quên mất vấn đề vệ sinh. Chủ cơ sở hãy làm lưu trú có tâm, cái gì cần thay thì nên thay chứ đừng để mất vệ sinh như thế!

Nhân viên trả lời rất nhanh. Có phòng sinh hoạt chung rộng rãi thoải mái.
Phù hợp với giá tiền bỏ ra, đặc biệt với nhu cầu gia đình mình chỉ cần nghỉ 1 đêm ngắn và rời đi sớm.
Mình đặt phòng 2 giường nên khá nhỏ, không được thoáng. Phòng vệ sinh có mùi và dễ lan ra ngoài và không có chỗ thông khí.
The room was simple and comfortable, very nice mattress. The courtyard is pretty. Location is not central but it's convenient if you have a motorbike. If you didn't come with one, I think the owners can rent to you.
Nobody actually works on site here. I don't like this recent trend toward automated/self-service stuff. It represents a downgrade in the general human experience and I think it's something customers should resist. To be fair, the lady working here did respond quickly to texts, but it just isn't my thing. Maybe I'm just old. If it doesn't bother you then there's no reason not to stay here. I paid a last minute rate of 370k which was fine. I wouldn't even think about spending full price here but then I never go over 500k/night anywhere in Vietnam anyway.

Отличный отель с само-регистрацией, все сделано по-уму. Отель напоминает очень большую виллу. Есть просторная общая зона с кухней, столом для работы.
Отличный интернет, горячая и очень холодная вода - любители ледяного душа по утрам, как я, оценят(наконец то я нашёл это во Вьетнаме!).
Очень - очень тихо! Удобная кровать с матрасом. Мне предстояло два дня вставать в 4.30 утра и я был абсолютно выспавшимся.
