Une vue incroyable pour le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour!
Pros:

Absolument tout ! Cet hôtel a été le plus beau de notre voyage : cette ancienne maison pourrait être un musée tant elle regorge de trésors !
La literie, le personnel adorable, le petit déjeuner de qualité mais surtout la vue incroyable !

Pros:

Fantastic stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic view and great restaurant on rooftop. Beautiful old building with great facilities. Location is a bit off the beaten path, which is perfect for people who want to see the old city and blue alleys.

Pros:

The building is amazing and the view exceptional. Staff all lovely. Restaurant is a seperate entity and room for improvement. The entrance up from the old city road to the Haveli is initially not very appealing but inside it's great! I would stay again.

Cons:

The alleyway in, although it's all part of the old town and it's specific character.

Todo impecable, el personal muy atento y amable, el desayuno nos encantó, las habitaciones con balcón y unas vistas extraordinarias. El edificio está restaurado con un gusto exquisito, volveríamos sin dudas

Un detalle en las duchas de los baños no llega a salir agua del todo caliente

Our stay at castle view
Pros:

The balcony view
The decor outside of the room and inner building was amazing and some parts of the bedroom.
Spectacular view from upper roof terrace..The Monkeys i loved but the locals didn't love them so much lol and Kevin the chipmunk. The Manager was cool and always open for a good chat.
Our room looked better under soft lights in the evening.

Cons:

The narrow alleyway to the Homestay had lots of dog excrement daily,often diarrhea. This was very bad and quite sickening at times. Beyond that got worse from a dead puppy to used tampons to dog excrement everywhere and got steadily worse as you progressed down the street..no effort from local people to clean up either,quite disgusting .
The food was average,I would suggest a new cook.
I would recommend stepwell hotel,excellent quality food and service and not that expensive..restaurant staff we're somewhat vacant at times ,so we stopped eating there eventually,other than breakfast..which we kept basic,omelette and toast etc. Our room would have been better if there were draws and a wardrobe "The King Room".at the very least..better bedding not street blanket..slightly disappointed.,although the mattresses was comfy..firm!
And some comfortable seating would have been nice.
Shower is about 8' high and none existent, used bucket and pale instead.
Rug in room was pretty old and grubby and needs replacing,considering sold as King room.
All these points are without prejudice and if addressed could make this place quite amazing.
Overall we made the best of our 7 days and remained positive. It all seems pretty bleak but enjoyed it regardless. I hope the management don't take offence but being in hospitality ourselves,I think our points are all valid.

Wonderful hotel in great location!
Pros:

The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing!!! Wonderful breakfast, good WiFi. Location is perfect near the blue walls and walking distance to fort.

Cons:

Laundry service seemed expensive (960 rupees for a small bag) and some of it came back damp :(

Cons:

Stanza un po' fredda, hotel difficile da raggiungere, bisogna prendere tuk tuk e poi una stradina a piedi, molto sporchi i dintorni ma fa parte della città
