Pros:

Location and space of the room for one person is ok

Cons:

No cleaning, changing of sheets and the bed wasn't dressed

For staying nights while you're out and about in Hamburg at day, it's very good value for money.
Pros:

+ The facilities were nearby and plentiful
+ The bed was very nice, exactly my type!
+ Information in German and English
+ The room was clean and had all the facilities I could ask for
+ The telephone operator was kind and helpful when I had any questions
+ Free parking space, and plenty free parking space nearby
+ Excellent value for money

Cons:

- I had a little trouble with the room card terminal, it asked for a lot of info and it took a few tries to get a room card printed
- It can take a couple of minutes until you can get a hold of a telephone operator to help you out
- Some guests were smoking near the room card terminal, which was a bit uncomfortable

Nice place for a business trip
Pros:

Big supermarket and drugstore in close vicinity to the place. Public transportation available and well connected with various areas all over the city. Customer assistance reactive and smooth self check-in. Kitchen well equipped and laundry inside the structure

Cons:

The sink in my bathroom was so small that couldn’t even fit my hands in. Apart from that detail all was fine.

I would choose the same accommodation again.
Pros:

Nice apartment for someone who doesn't expect luxury. The space is small but very comfortable and has everything you need. It is also very calm and great for sleeping. You must keep in mind that there is no dishwashing liquid, no sponge and no coffee pot or electric kettle, so you have to bring your own.

Cons:

The only complaint is that the check-in system does not work. In case receptionist did not answer my call, I really don't know what I would have done... A better solution would be safe boxes with a key for each guest.

Unsafe, underequipped, no staff or security.
Pros:

It's in Hamburg

Cons:

There was no staff for check in.. No clear instructions what building our room was in.

Ceilings and a wall were bare concrete. No watercooker, no soap or dishwashliquid, and just a single spoon.

These are not rooms for travelers/tourists but are used by workers from abroad.

I'm bald, my partner is blonde. So where did the long black hairs in the bedlinnen and towels come from?

YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE! There is no security. Second night at 1.30AM a person started banging on our window. She even managed to get INSIDE the building and started banging on our door. She was a drugged out prostitute looking for customers.

I will ofcourse want a full refund for this unsafe and overpriced terrible experience

Passable
Pros:

The self check in worked great and we got one key card each. Everything was also very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen was a bit small and we had to buy toilet paper and dish soap ourselves. A man also walked right into the room and we never understood if he worked there or not. During the night people were out in the parking lot talking loudly which disturbed us
