Hela boendet gör en trevlig helhetsintryck. Det är kanske viktigt att veta att det består av tre rum a två sängar. Vi förstod det inte helt rätt när vi bokade två rum. Dock hörde vi inte mycket av våra grannar. Kanske är det så att några ställen i boendet hade behövt en hantverkare. Det var avlopp som inte riktigt fungerade, öppna fogar i duschen, lösa bordsben, ett inte helt fungerade värmeelement i ett av sovrummen vi bodde i. Tv eller AC behövde vi inte, så vi vet inte om de fungerar. Jacuzzin står där men det var inte klart om den funkar som den ska. Gasspisen fungerade felfritt efter vi satte dit brännarna korrekt igen. Sängarna är ok, men knarrar här och där. Grillen fungerade fint.
Så egentligen fanns det inget vad vi verkligen inte gillade med boendet.

Pulizia decisamente insufficiente: sia la camera che le aree comuni risultavano sporche e gli asciugamani erano macchiati. La camera, inoltre, era fredda. Sarebbe stato gradito trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo, considerando che l’acqua del rubinetto non è potabile e che i negozi di Fataga chiudono presto.

L’aspetto più grave riguarda però la gestione della prenotazione. Pochi giorni prima dell’arrivo, quando la prenotazione era già confermata, pagata e non più cancellabile, la proprietaria ci ha avvisati che avremmo dovuto pagare un extra in contanti all’arrivo perché ci saremmo fermati una sola notte, sostenendo di avere un minimo di due notti per prenotazione. Questa limitazione, come confermato anche dal servizio clienti di Booking, non è mai stata comunicata alla piattaforma, che infatti ci ha permesso di prenotare una sola notte. Ho contattato il servizio clienti di Booking, ma non è stato in grado di offrire alcuna soluzione concreta: ci è stato semplicemente suggerito di provare a cancellare la prenotazione di comune accordo con la proprietaria, opzione per noi impraticabile vista l’assenza di altre sistemazioni disponibili in zona. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto pagare 25€ extra. Booking non dovrebbe consentire, né tantomeno tollerare, comportamenti di questo tipo; sicuramente terrò conto di questa esperienza negativa in futuro, prima di scegliere dove prenotare il prossimo alloggio.

The place needs a good, deep clean - although it was tidy and looked OK at first sight it was not so good if you looked a little more closely. Various bits and pieces could also have benefited from a bit of maintenance.
We arrived within the stated 1 hour window so there should have been somebody there to meet us, but there was no-one. We called and a lady came quickly, but if the instructions had just said 'Ring 15 minutes before you arrive' that would have made more sense.
The description given is also not accurate in some respects. For example to lady who let us in spoke no English (which the description claims) and the 'Free Private Parking' does not exist - in fact there is only very limited on street parking for 2 cars at most near to the accommodation.
