A great and convenient location.
Pros:

Great central location - near restaurants, public transport and attractions. We were allowed to use a closet on the top floor to store our bags before checking-in and after checking-out which was very convenient.

Cons:

Comms before checking-in could have been quicker, but during the stay they were very efficient.

Дуже гарне розташування, Чисте приміщення. Чиста білизна та полотенця. Вхід по коду без всяких ключів, що дуже зручно. Усе в пішій доступності. При виході магазинчик із свіжими овочами та фруктами. Кафе всюди прямо біля входу. Рекомендую це приміщення.

sent the owner two messages but never had a reply ! there was 1 bowl , 1 plate and some paper cups . very hard bed

Perfekte Unterkunft, um während einer Madeira Rundreise ein paar Tage die Stadt Funchal zu erkunden.
Pros:

Lage war super. Kurzfristige Umbuchung war super unkompliziert.

Świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania
Pros:

Ładny, czysty pokój w dobrej lokalizacji. Dobre wyposażenie - czajnik, kubki, sztućce, herbata, kawa, apteczka (!). Łóżka wygodne. W oknach firanki i zasłonki. Łazienka czysta.
Pod budynkiem jest mała kawiarnia otwarta od rana gdzie można kupić kawkę i ciastko.

Cons:

Problem z zaparkowaniem auta przy parkometrze. Jeśli przyjeżdżasz wieczorem to parkomat możesz opłacić jedynie do 8:30, system nie pozwala na więcej. Do tego nie można płacić kartą, tylko bilon. Można zaparkować 300m dalej w podziemnym parkingu 24h za mąż 5EUR za dobę.
