Pros:

De um modo geral gostei de tudo, correspondeu bem ao que eu esperava.

Cons:

Do que não gostei, logo após ter entrado no quarto (check in) verifiquei que a lâmpada de tecto não estava operacional, a lâmpada dava uma luz fraquissima e sempre internamente, assim como a inexistência de lâmpada num candeeiro de cabeceira. Comuniquei pelo contacto telefónico deixado no espaço, onde um senhor me disse que naquele dia já não era possível quaisquer reparações, mas que no dia seguinte tudo seria resolvido. Não foi resolvido até ao final da estadia e tão pouco me foi dado nenhum retorno, sequer para um pedido de desculpas.
Nunca vi qualquer pessoa pelo local, que me pudesse dizer se seria possível guardar qualquer pertence após o check out, por duas horas.

Convenient stay in the heart of Funchal

The location and convenience is excellent

Cons:

There was a sign saying the tap water was not drinkable which seemed odd everywhere else I stayed it was.

Chambre propre, très très bien placé !
Équipement cuisine ( frigo, micro-ondes) très utile lorsque nous faisions des excursions ou randonnée.

Cons:

Le lit est grand, mais il peut être parfois peu confortable.

Amazing location for great price
Pros:

Very central location with enough space. Owner is very friendly and provides overall very well service. Location is very accessible, 5-10 min walk to any spot. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioner draining, water got full several times and had to manually moved it to the bathroom and drain. Might be something to do with me using dehumidifier mode. Tap water not drinkable, have to buy water ourselves, wasn’t a big issue.
