Timur ist sehr hilfsbereit. Da es bis zum Zentrum der Stadt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß sind, hat er uns zu jeder Zeit gefahren und wieder abgeholt . Er hat auch angeboten, uns zu jedem anderen Ort zu fahren. Schön fanden wir auch die Terrasse und den kleinen Garten.

Perfekt, Timur ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns auch um Mitternacht vom Flughafen abgeholt. Unser Appartment war super schön, sehr bequeme Betten und für uns als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge optimal. Er machte uns immer ein leckeres Frühstück und ist immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und wir werden gerne wieder dort übernachten.

Были 23 августа ,Тимур хозяин отеля нас встретил ,несмотря на то ,что рейс задержали на 3 часа ,мы с ним были постоянно на связи ,вечером посоветовал хороший ресторан ,отдельное спасибо цена ,качество понравилось ,утром накомил вкусным завтраком и весь день с 10 утра до 7 вечера возил нас на интересные экскурсии, за отдельную плату ,посетили много локаций и хотя была жара ,мы практически не устали в машине кондиционер, помог договорится с местными ,чтобы экскурсия на каньон на джипе была дешевле ,даже фрукты брал сам ,чтобы цены не как для туристов, а дешевле ,утром тоже договорился с ме тным водителем по нормальной цене ,мы поехали отдыхать на море дальше в Кобулети .Комната была люкс ,с водой и чистым постельным бельём не было ,все очень аккуратно и чисто

My husband and I loved our stay with Timur. He was super sweet and helpful. The space is beautiful, very large and comfortable. It has everything you need. We had more than enough room for 2 people. And, we had a private entrance, which was also nice, as we didn't want to bother Timur with our comings and goings.
The bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The bed was super comfy.
The apartment is well located, easy to get to and quiet, since it's a residential area. It's close to the center of town, and easy to get to with a car or taxi.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also loved talking with the other guests who were staying there.
It's great value for the money. Timur is very sweet and funny (even if we communicated by google translate). Overall, we highly recommend staying here.

Timur, the proprietor, prepared a sumptuous breakfast every morning. It was a perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed breakfast while Timur's kitten, Snoopy, entertained us. In the evening, Timur brought us a pitcher of homemade wine. He is a wonderful host, always willing to help. The apartment is located near restaurants and grocery stores -- about a 20-minute walk (or UD$2 Bolt ride) from the central city.

There is a garden. Timur is very nice, doesn't speak English well but makes himself understand and available.
He has made breakfast for us and offered his own wine.

Timur is a charming and a kind man. He is very helpful and practical. For a very good price, he fetched us from the airport, took us to the monasteries, took us to the bus station and helped with information about our marshrutka. The rooms were exactly right for me and my adult son travelling together: a large double bed in a screened off part of a sitting room with another double bed. And a private bathroom.

Timur is very hospitable .

Nice location, nice house. The suite is really large with its bedroom and livingroom.
Timur, our host, doesn't speak English, but he uses very well Google translate 😊. Communication worked very well.
Simple but very good breakfast.

Everything was excellent: Timur's kindness and hospitality, he both picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night of my arrival and very early morning on the leaving morning. He cooks and serves yummy breakfast, makes you taste his home wine, takes to the city centre, tells you what to see there and where is the best national cuisine restaurants. I really recommend his service! Madloba, Timur! :)
