Sitio funcional a unos 15 mins del centro
Pros:

Si solo lo quieres para pasar un par de días está bien, calidad precio perfecto. Es un piso con habitaciones cada una con su llave , cocina, salita y baños compartido. Tienes todos los servicios que necesites a metros del piso y el centro a un paseo de 15 mins en línea recta

Такое впечатление что квартиру давно не обновляли. Не скажу что тут совсем плохо, бывают места и похуже, просто на одну
Pros:

Все есть не только для жизни, но и что-нибудь отремонтировать, все общие тумбочки забиты всем чем угодно) так же есть балкон.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция, ее тут нет, словно спишь на улице, в номере довольно пыльно, на общей кухне полы бы обновить, смотрятся жутко.
На 4 комнаты всего один туалет, этого очень мало!

Великолепное соотношение цена/качество
Pros:

Расположение. Легко найти, рядом супермаркет, а за углом рыбный маркет со свежими морепродуктами. в квартире есть все необходимое, кухня вполне удобна, достаточно посуды. Есть кофемашина. Отдельные ключи для гостей, удобно.

Cons:

Достаточно базовые удобства в общей ванной комнате, но все чистое и работающее, нет претензий. Немного шумно ночью, но это Испания, здесь всегда шумно :)

Very inexpensive place to stay if you're on a budget!

Cons:

Although the kitchen and bathroom facilities were good, it all looks a bit 'sad'. That's just my impression, but for people travelling on a budget, it's a good option!

Très bruyant dans un environnement glauque. Il n'y aurait pas de murs, ce serait pareil. On a l'impression de dormir dans la rue, avec les voisins ... L'espace collectif devant la chambre ajoute au bruit ambiant : vous profitez des discussions tardives, du son du sèche-cheveux à minuit ou des portes qui claquent.
Et pour accéder à la chambre, c'est d'un compliqué ... le formulaire d'inscription en ligne qui ne fonctionne pas, des codes d'accès et des clés à n'en plus finir.

Хорошее расположение апартаментов: 20 минут до центра города, 2 магазина рядом. Хорошая удобная кровать, чистый и аккуратный душ с ванной,

Cons:

Очень тесный номер, слышно все, что делают соседи. Одни из гостей в 3 часа ночи решили, что они одни находятся, ходили и орали, пришлось успокаивать. Жалко, что нет рядом владельцев, чтобы контролировать подобные ситуации
