Nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Nähe zum Zentrum

Cons:

Es hat absolut schlecht gerochen im Zimmer, undefinierbar. Alles war alt und sah nicht einladend aus . Noch nicht einmal für eine Nacht würde ich es empfehlen . In der Küche hing eine Kamera !!!

Na jedną noc OK
Pros:

Dość łatwe i zrozumiałe zameldowanie. Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Ktoś ukradł nam jedzenie z lodówki, ręczniki i pościel wyglądały na brudne, w mieszkaniu panował nieprzyjemny zapach i bylo duszno mimo klimatyzacji.

The place is clean and the owner responded within an hour. It is close to the historic area of the city and it was easy to get in.

There is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the neighbourhood is pretty loud.

Pros:

15 min. Walk to city centre. Its along the road so its very noisy. Expect what you paid for.. Jorge is nice. Easy to communicate with.

Cons:

There's only 1 cup. No kettle.

Cons:

Appartement et chambre très vieillot.
Bruyant car 3 autres chambres louées et attenantes.
Enorme difficulté pour stationner. Rues très étroites et bruyantes.

Pessimo!
Pros:

Solo la posizione vicina al centro

Cons:

La struttura è sporca, la camera molto piccola e in ogni stanza si trova uno spray insetticida per fare capire che spesso ci sono insetti! Nell'asciugamano c'erano capelli. Non lo consiglio a nessuno!

Apartamento en pésimas condiciones
Pros:

Nada.

Cons:

El baño estaba en muy mal estado. Las zonas comunes desordenadas. Las sábanas olían a húmedo. Las ventanas son super antiguas y de mala calidad por lo que se escucha todo el tráfico. El auto check in fue un desastre ya que las llaves no estaban en el cajetín. El dueño se mostró hostil cuando critiqué la situación.

Cons:

La promozione delle camere con bagno e cucina condivise deve essere messa più in evidenza perché quando si prenota non si capisce bene che avrai coinquilini anche rumorosi e che lasciano il bagno sporco dopo averlo usato.

Pros:

It was extremely central and very clean. Even though I never saw anyone I did speak to Jorge over the phone and he helped me get in(phone was dying and couldn't do all the instructions) and he was super helpful!

Cons:

The beds squeak quite a bit and especially if you're a little heavier so it's hard if you toss and turn during the night.

Bien, même si ça pourrait être mieux.
Pros:

L'emplacement est bien, surtout au niveau des transports et de la grande place, légèrement loin de la plage, mais ça va.

Cons:

Le fait que les toilettes ne soient pas séparées, c'est super chiant quand on a envie et que l'on ne peut pas car il y a déjà quelqu'un. Le manque de respect envers le bruit.

Pros:

Location is good - close to city center/historic old town, beach. Bathroom spacious and equipped with anything needed for a short stay. Check-in is flexible and the instructions are clear.

Cons:

No AC in the room, so it gets really hot. The ceiling fan helps, but only works together with the light, which means you need to sleep with the light on if you want the fan on overnight. Lots of noise from the street, so earplugs are recommended. The neighborhood is a bit smelly, dirty.
