Excellent location 1 minute walk from Bab Berdiyenne where there is car access and secure parking. Great roof terrace. Nice breakfast. Beautiful riad. Rooftop room has external window. Comfortable bed with Nice bedsheets. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Light sleepers, it's near a loud mosque. Wifi ok not great. Rooftop room needs thick curtains.

Good but could have been bettter

The Riad is certainly nicely restored. The family room with bathroom was good and large enough to house four people BUT read my negative comment!

Cons:

Our biggest drawback was already during booking, in fact. We are a family (two adults, two kids) and yet were forced to book the family room PLUS the budget room (without bathroom) two floors higher up. The option to book only the family room for four guests was simply not made available on booking.com. This off course had an impact on our budget, but we knew it in advance. The family room by itself was large enough to host all four of us.
Breakfast could have been a bit better with fresh orange juice, but all the rest was there or could be asked for. It is certainnly a pity that the breakfast was not served on the top terrace with great views. Internet did not reach the top floor (budget room without bathroom).

Cons:

Une fête insupportable avec la sono à fond le jour de mon arrivée au rdc de l'hôtel. Impossible de se reposer jusqu'à 21h ! Je trouve ça inacceptable d'autoriser ce genre d'événement dans un lieu sensé être paisible.
Toilettes cassés dans la salle de bain
Porte de la chambre vitrée qui laisse passer allègrement la lumière

The room is not clean at all , found traces of food of people before me
Was attributed a room in the terrace , during the night the water couldn’t reach the toilet so I used it and couldn’t flush the toilet…. I’m happy it was just a night
