Big, clean apartment with kind staff. The building is old and a little musty.
The room was big enough for another person and, on arrival, everything was clean and correct.
It's pretty near the bus station and the train station.
They left for us a fresh bottle of water in the fridge.
- I know we rent only a room, but the owners gave us a full flat and locked the rooms they thought we would not use or need, including the kitchen, leaving us without tableware or anything to clean in case we dropped something.
- The room is not soundproofed so we could hear the night parties on weekends and the dawn lorries on working days.
- On arrival it was quite difficult to connect to the internet, but we got it. However, when we came back at night, it wasn't working at all. When I told them the issue, they said to wait until next morning. I had to menace them with compensation to get a faster fix, and they did it in an hour.
- The neighborhood is quite bad.
- It is dirty (there was a mountain of garbage in front of the building and a drunk man, during our whole stay)
- And it is slightly dangerous (we've been offered to "help" with our bags just landing and been offered several faux-taxi services). I know it’s not the fault of the owners, but it's a problem about the location of the room.
The property was bigger than we expected. It was clean. We had enough towels and toiletries. The person who handed over the keys also provided us with a bottle of water. He also helped us when we accidentally locked the door and the keys were inside at 06:00 am in the morning.
We stayed there for 5 days comfortably. We will definitely stay there again next time.
Good quality accommodation in a great location for transport to airport etc. Spacious and very clean. A welcome cold bottle of water provided by the host.

Big, clean and comfortable Apartment. Located next to the railway and bus stations. Big balcony, unfortunately during our stay was raining so we didn’t have chance to enjoy there. Walk distance to market and all tourists places. Fast check in.
For me it was a little bit loud at night, but for my partner it was fine. So it depends on your sensitivity.

Close to old city and Train / Bus terminus station
Location is perfect, super central and right next to the train station which was useful for day trips and going to the airport. Room is very spacious, we also had the whole flat to ourselves which meant we had a little dining/living area and a large landing too. Property was very clean too.
The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. It was lumpy and we could feel each spring. Given we were here 4 nights that adversely affected our experience. Based on that, we wouldn't stay here again if given the choice as sleep quality is so important to us.
Also, it was a bit annoying we had to use the same towels for the 4 nights. There wasn't any washing facilities so we couldn't clean them ourselves either. There was also no iron which was annoying. In retrospect, when staying at a place for longer than 2 nights that sort of stuff is important.

Very nice interior, nice location, nice host!
Very clean property, nice and helpful staff, although they didn’t speak English very well, they are willing to help you. The location of the property is exceptional, 1 min to Central Station, 4-5 min walking to Quattro Canti and etc. The AC is a life saver. We loved this place, felt like a “home” for us.
There were no cutlery at all.
