Pros:

The property is quirky, basic, clean. I had the room with a balcony which was perfect.
The location is fabulous, you are 10 minutes away from everything.
Definitely would stay again.
Picture is view from balcony! So lovely, even in the rain.

Cons:

I was there in March and it was quite windy and rainy and cold, I had a little heater, but with marble floors it was a bit cold, maybe a carpet on the floor to keep the heat in winter.

Pros:

La camera era di dimensioni soddisfacenti, il letto comodo, la tv perfettamente funzionante, doccia e acqua calda perfetti. Da rimarcare la silenziosità. Vorrei spendere qualche parola sull'arredamento e il decoro della stanza, con tanti quadri e stampe di varie dimensioni, il lampadario in cristalli decò che ne fanno quasi una piccola galleria d'arte e gli stucchi alle pareti, che denotano la passione con la quale il proprietario conduce la propria impresa. Da rimarcare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del signor Alongi.

Cons:

Una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione dell'ascensore e della serratura dell'ingresso principale.

Un alojamiento sin mayores pretensiones
Pros:

Persona muy amable en recepción. Al principio me dio una habitación pequeña en la que estuve 3 noches; luego me ofreció una mucho más holgada y estuve allí 7 días.
Buena ubicación y con tiendas y bares y cafeterías cerca.
Cama cómoda (aunque en la primera habitación la sábana bajera se desajustaba y soltaba en seguida).
Decoración (se agradece): una foto de Pisa, un cuadro costumbrista de paisaje, un collage de Nueva York, un dibujo de París, de Londres, Klimt, arte abstracto... Las habitaciones, similares en cualquier parte del mundo, me defraudan.

Cons:

Antiguo
Luz insuficiente (sobre todo en el lavabo; en la primera habitación 3 bombillas pero solo una funcionaba; en la segunda habitación algo más de luz; lampara de mesa debil, aquí por lo visto no se lee.
Al pricipio, sábana baja no ajusta bien; en la otra habitación no tuve ese problema.
Ducha pequeña y peldaños, ojo personas grandes y movilidad reducida.
El lavabo en minuatura igual que el espejo (más grande en la segunda habitación)..
La luz para afeitarse, insuficiente. Fuerte olor a cañerías en mal estado (sobre todo en la segunda habitación).
Habitación con mucho ruido de calle. A mi no me molestó pero ojo los de oido fino.
A veces el ascensor no funciona.
El rejoj de la habitación (¿es necesario?) parado a las 20:28; el de la habitación grande a las 18:14 (da mala impresión).

Attention, on ne peut pas prendre de douche, dès qu’on touche au mitigeur de la douche, vous ressentez comme des gros coups d’électricité

Soggiorno fantastico!
Pros:

Fantastico soggiorno presso Santa Oliva Homestay, la struttura si trova in pieno centro a pochi passi da piazza Politeama, la mia camera era piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort, ma soprattutto molto pulita, il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile a qualunque esigenza dei propri ospiti. Spero di tornare!

Cons:

Camera molto fatiscente.
Intonaco che cadeva a pezzi a causa dell'umidità.
Prese elettriche tenute insieme con lo scotch e con fili a vista.
Doccia che schizzava dappertutto.
Phon microscopico e inutilizzabile perché mancava l'adattatore schuko
Biancheria con cattivo odore.
Chiavi difettose. Un dramma per aprire il portone del palazzo.

Un vero peccato.
