The private rooms with bathrooms appeared to be nice and well-maintained.
The budget private room, shared dorms and shared bathrooms were in despicable conditions.

Raju, the property owner/ manager, was rude, impolite, and unfriendly from the first encounter. Note to self: next time just leave from the start.
I booked a private room with a shared bathroom for 3 days at Moonlight Hotel. Upon arrival, Raju pressured me to take a more expensive room that had an inside bathroom, that I couldn't afford. Then, he proceeded to show me my "private room," which turned out to be a storage improvised space, filled with blankets and mattresses, that he had to remove in order for me to sleep there. The room had these huge windows that absorb the 47°C heat of Rajasthan sun all day and cook you slowly throughout out the day and night. The bathroom was extremely dirty, none of the lights were working. In order to take a shower or go to the bathroom, at night, one had to take their flashlights. Water was so scarce, when was there. I stayed here for one night, and I couldn't take a shower because there was no water at night, and the property manager was no where to be found!
I decided to leave, so I talked with Raju about changing my booking for one day, which he assured to refund the remaining days if booking processed the changing in booking.com.
He then, proceeded to decline my request to change my booking once booking.com contacted him, and became aggressive and rude when confronted by the booking.com agent about his decision, the lying he told me.
I felt unsafe and I left the property. It was the first time it ever happened to me...
Stay away from this place!!! Customer service is everything!!! The private rooms with inside bathrooms appear to be nice... yet, there is no price one can put in feeling at peace and happy in a place.
GO TO the POONAM HOTEL instead!!! Manu, the owner-manager, will make you feel cared for and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel instead!!!
Bed was comfy, the duvet and blanket option was much appreciated for if it was really cold or fairly warm. I liked that we took our shoes off.
Shower needs work and a hose for the toilet would have been nice but not an absolute necessity. Only issue I have is that the shower was very simple and didn't really have hot water. But it did the job and got me clean :)

The facilities is so comfort and clean, the host care the place and guests like a jewelry. The host had the disposition to help all time.
The owner is super kind and happy to help with everything you need to know. From the hotel, you can reach everything by walk. He's making big omelette for breakfast if you need some energy. We would come back.
