The owner (Damian) was very friendly and accommodating to the guests. Being an retired nurse he is very qualified in case of emergencies. located in the mountain below the beautiful castle of xativa it is great value for youre money. Highly recommend to stay for a bit.
Dont expect big budget hotel service that is not what you will get.
1.2 miles from centre, but doesn't mention half-way up a mountain. One of our party has unnatural phobia of high winding roads and so only stayed for one night. Damian very helpful in helping us find alternative accomodation. Arrived on Sunday after 5 hour drive, nowhere to eat the only place being closed, so walked into town on fast road with no lighting or pavements.
Breakfast very poor. Despite the circumstance, the rigid cancellation policy meant remaining 3 nights were forfeit.
Peace, cleanliness and host is very helpful and nice.

The property is a little bit outside of Xativa so it's best to have your own transport.
The owner was amazing, great communication, very hospitable and friendly who spoke English well.
The place was clean in a nice quiet rustic setting with a large garden and places to relax.
We were allowed to take our cat for a small surcharge and she said she had a great time!

The bed was a little on the small side but comfortable. I was assuming the bathroom was connected to the room but it was across the hall, though a very nice big bathroom.
The host really cares about the wellbeing of his guests, and speaks a little English. Provided me with a much needed mosquito repellent. You are staying in what has been his family-home for a long time. I enjoyed the tranquility of the garden and the view. Close to the town, nice walk.
