Sehr gut!
Pros:

Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig,liegt im Bereich Gewerbegebiet.
Günstige Verkehrslage,kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und Essen.

- abgesehen von den Steckdosen sehr sauber

Wunderschönes Appartementhaus am Rande von Zwenkau
Pros:

Alles, einfach alles!

....vom Kontakt zum Vermieter/in und der Zahlungsabwicklung bis hin zur liebevoll ausgestatteten Appartement-Einrichtung. Alles da was man so braucht, Herd ist im unteren Bereich des Appartementhauses "ausgelagert",was ich eher als Vorteil sehe... Dort konnte man sogar die schöne Terrasse gleich nutzen... Wohlfühlen eben!

Great connection with Leipzig, rooms has everything needed. Mutual terrace was nice

Cons:

Bathroom was full of flies.
Communication with the owners was little bit difficult since they do not speak English at all
