Pros:

Noel ha sido muy atento, ayudando con tours en los backwaters y el transporte. Muy buena comunicación. El cuarto muy limpio, el y sus padres muy atentos. El desayuno fabuloso. La ubicación es justo en frente de la playa, genial para llegar descalzo y sin tener que llevar más que una toalla.

Cons:

El precio del Uber o taxi hacia el Homestay hasta el centro es mucho más caro que en en Kochi o Mumbai. Entonces es un gasto no considerado. Obviamente es algo ajeno al Homestay, pero afecta la estadía. La limpieza de las áreas comunes podría ser más rápido, para disfrutar de la terraza en la mañana en el desayuno.
Tampoco me gusto que no se podría prender el calentador de agua desde la pieza, teniendo que pedir a la familia que lo prendan, se sintió incomodo tener que avisar y programar la ducha caliente.

Below poor and bad faith

Cons:

1. The pictures and location are utterly misleading because the place is not on the beach. The pictures are provided to on booking.com to make as if its on the beach.
2. The person called Noel was very rude and did not accept the pictures and location was for a stay on the other side.
3. The place was so inconvenient, dirty and the access stairs was very very hazardous and risks of falling was very high.
4. Before arriving at the place, the Mr Noel was so nice on WattApp but changed completely when I showed him that the pictures were misleading and became very aggressive.
5. I strongly advise booking.com to remove this place as it's giving a bad image of booking.com.
6. Pl don't go there.

Clean and hygenic. Very close to beach.

Cons:

I’ve stayed in multiple places accross the globe. But the owner here seems to be a bit extra greedy when it comes to money. But overall it was okay stay.

Pros:

Staff is very good, it’s a homestay and the family is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Only drawback is that it says private beach but it’s on the other side of the road and not accessible after 10:30pm. Other than that it’s very good stay.
