Awful surprise

I booked on the same day I’ve arrived, unfortunately they weren’t aware about my stay, so when I got there I had to wait them to figure out where I was supposed to accommodate. So far, ok. But at night, around 9 pm, a man open my door and tried to get into my room. They were over booked….
I felt insecure all night, it was awful.
Could be a nice experience but no one even cared about to talk to me and check up on me. On the next day they told me what happened.
Anyways, don’t recommend.
