Pros:

Posizione perfetta, si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. La camera era spaziosa, ordinata, pulita e anche molto bella, bagno compreso, nonché dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. L’host è stata disponibilissima, gentilissima e molto allegra. Lo considereremo sicuramente per una prossima esperienza e lo consiglieremo ad amici e parenti!

Alojamiento limpio, agradable, céntrico.
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, fresca y limpia, ubicada en el centro. Con nevera para poner algunos alimentos frescos o bebidas.

Cons:

Habría preferido tener más toallas para la ducha, porque no secaban bien y olían un poco a humedad.
El armario tiene una zona un poco pequeña para colgar ropa larga como vestidos.

Parfait emplacement et accueil
Pros:

La localisation est top, on ne peut pas faire mieux !
Caterina a été très accueillante et arrangeante, tout s’est merveilleusement bien passé !
Rapport qualité prix imbattable et propreté impeccable.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum. Pieszo z dworca jakieś 7 minut. Bliskość różnych atrakcji i restauracji. Nienaganna czystość w pokoju. Pani Caterina była bardzo miła i pomocna :) Pożyczyła nam parasol plażowy, dzięki czemu nie musieliśmy płacić za jego wypożyczenie na plaży :)

Cons:

Jedynym minusem jest łazienka poza pokojem. Ale z tego co się orientuję drugi pokój ma takie udogodnienie. Całe szczęście była tylko do naszego użytku :)

In the heart of the city, the bus stations towards beaches is nearby, the museums and churches also, the good restaurants and bakeries also. It is understandable that is would be loud. Recommended for the urban vibe lovers.

Cons:

There is still a room for hygiene improvement all over the public areas. The indoors spaces were just find (restaurants, cafes... ).

Pros:

Posizione centralissima con tutti i mezzi di trasposto in prossimità. Camera pulita e proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile. Alcuni hanno scritto che la strada su cui si affaccia la struttura è molto rumorosa: vero, ma come ogni altra strada del centro che abbia negozi e locali. Inoltre, chiudendo le finestre i rumori non si sentono e la camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato è dotata di un condizionatore molto efficente, per cui abbiamo dormito benissimo. Anche i letti erano comodi.

Cons:

I ganci in bagno erano insufficienti per appendere gli asciugamani di due persone e nella stanza non ce ne erano altri. Avremmo dovuto ammucchiare gli asciugamani, così abbiamo rimediato rinunciando a una delle due sedie. La struttura purtroppo non offre la colazione e, anche se la proprietaria è stata correttissima su questo perché me lo ha scritto subito via mail un secondo dopo che ho prenotato (prenotazione cancellabile), resta un peccato e un po' un disagio. Soprattutto in camera mancano bollitore, tazze e/o bicchieri, per cui non è possibile organizzarsi neanche per una tisana.

Perfect, good value for money.
Pros:

Caterina was very welcoming and friendly. Was very easy to communicate with her, she messaged us a couple of days before to confirm arrival time etc she was very accommodating and gave us access to the property for early check in. The property was perfect just what we needed. Location is good, very close to the buses that take you to nice beaches. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars around.

Cons:

The hot water run out pretty quickly. There was 3 of us and we had to have quick showers with cold water so we could all shower. We were there for 2 nights and there was only one toilet roll. I’m sure if we had asked Caterina would give us some but we just bought some.

Amazing stay, great location, awesome host
Pros:

Great stay and amazing location. The AC worked great which was much needed with the summer heat! Location was very easy and continent from/to the airport. The owner was so sweet and greeted us upon arrival and even let us store our bags because of our later flight.
