The property is very clean and well managed. I had a great time and I was treated like royalty by all the staff members. The food was excellent and made by Remesh, who has cooks professionally and the meals tasted better than many restaurants. I also had the honor of meeting the owner and his children. The owner's son, Rana, is a tour guide and we drove together to Manas Park and we went on a safari. It was so exciting and really added to my trip. Thank you to the entire staff. Keep up the great work!
Worst hotel i have ever been to, just stayed because I had no other option, I was travelling and o was dead tired and when I reached the hotel everything got worse, since I was tired of riding and I had to leave the next morning I somehow managed to stay at this filthy hotel and also I booked it for 1125 rupees and they charged me 1500 rupees I am just frustrated I hope my review reaches to other people so they can avoid this stay
Staff, room service, there was no receptionist, made me wait for 15 mins outside, charged me extra than the actual amount it showed me in booking.com
The main mansion gives olden age vibes with fireplace and arches. The staff and owners were quite welcoming and generous enough to let us keep our luggage for extended time.
The actual rooms as provided in adjacent buildings and don't have the same view as we were expecting. The cleanliness and facilities in the room could be improved.

If you love nature and wildlife, this is the perfect place to stay. Rana, the owner’s son, takes exceptional care of his guests. Whether you’re heading to Manas or Kaziranga, he arranges everything you need and personally drives you around, so you can simply relax and immerse yourself in nature and birdlife without a single worry.
We were incredibly lucky — experiencing a near encounter with a charging rhino and an entire herd of elephants. The icing on the cake was hearing the roar of a tiger echo through the wild.
Hilltop Lodge truly feels like a home away from home — a cozy, comfortable retreat to return to after your adventures around Assam (and even day trips to Meghalaya). Ramesh, the chef, prepares wonderful homemade meals and looks after every guest with great care.
If you’re happy to wake up early, choose the larger room — a woodpecker comes knocking on the window in the morning, which is absolutely delightful. If you prefer to sleep in, the smaller rooms are peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a slower start to the day.

It was a nice lodge to stay. Away from city centre noise pollution tbh. Ramesh the careraker was a very excellent fella. He gave me some good advice about temples to visit.
Owners of the premises were very friendly and eat to talk as well. 5/5 for the facilities.
It is at the top of the hill and you have to climb the hilly road if you don't book a taxi or an Autoriksha.
