Um abraço em forma de casa!
Pros:

A hospedagem tem tantos detalhes aconchegantes que nos fez nos sentirmos em casa! A cozinha é muito equipada, não sentimos falta de nada. O quarto que ficamos é lindo, com duas varandas, duas salinhas, uma cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, a subida é de escada, mas garanto que vale a pena. A localização é ideal para quem quer fazer tudo a pé e de transporte público, tendo vários modais próximos como metrô, ônibus e balsas. E, apesar de estar numa região bem movimentada, a rua é silenciosa e proporciona bons momentos de descanso. E para quem quer cozinhar, há mercados por perto. Mas para quem quer comer fora, há restaurantes a passos da acomodação. Ou seja, conforto, ambiente bonito, facilidade para se locomover em Istambul é tudo que você irá encontrar ficando hospedada aqui. Além da atenção e disponibilidade do anfitrião Emre que ajuda em tudo, muito acolhedor e ainda te ensina várias coisas sobre a cultura turca. Nota mil!!

Cons:

Li em alguns comentários aqui sobre o barulho da escada, realmente como a escada é de madeira faz barulho, mas é algo de segundos, apenas o tempo da pessoa subir ou descer e por ser uma hospedagem intimista não tem muitos quartos, então é raríssimo ouvir o barulho da escada. Não me incomodou em nada. Apenas relatando aqui para fim comparativo, já que vi que esse ponto foi uma questão para alguns hóspedes. Outra questão é que essa rua é de casas germinadas, então às vezes se o vizinho conversa, você também acaba ouvindo, mas em geral a população turca me pareceu bem silenciosa comparada a Såo Paulo. Minha recomendação é não deixar de vir por causa disso… toda a experiência aqui compensa esses pequenos percalços. Mas atenção: hospedagem não indicada para quem precisa de acessibilidade, inclusive reparei que essa ainda não é uma questão na Turquia, então, caso tenha alguma questão de mobilidade reduzida, infelizmente esse lugar não é indicado. Para todas as outras pessoas, sigo recomendando, pois passei dias muito felizes no Tilas House!!

Belle et agréable maison
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné à Tilas House et l’expérience a été globalement positive, même si quelques points pourraient être améliorés.

Tout d’abord, l’emplacement est un vrai point fort : le quartier est agréable, jeune, vivant et surtout très bien desservi par les transports, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements dans la ville.
Le lit était également confortable, ce qui est appréciable après une journée de visite.
Une cuisine toute équipée était à disposition c’était super!

Cependant, la chambre était assez petite, ce qui a été un peu contraignant pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.
Il y avait une petite penderie mais vite saturée avec les vêtements et manteaux.
Dans la salle de bain, il manquait une petite étagère ou un espace pour poser les produits,l’organisation était moins pratique à cause de cela.

Concernant notre première nuit, nous avons été dérangés tard par du bruit provenant de la chambre au-dessus (allées et venues, bruits de pas).
Cela dit, nous sommes conscients que le bâtiment est ancien, ce qui explique une isolation phonique limitée.

En revanche, un point très positif le propriétaire a été très avenant et réactif face aux problèmes rencontrés, ce qui est vraiment appréciable et montre un réel souci du bien-être de ses clients.

En résumé, un séjour agréable grâce à l’emplacement, avec un service de qualité, mais quelques améliorations possibles concernant l’espace et les équipements concernant notre chambre qui était au 2 eme étage.

Perfect
Pros:

The room had everything needed and was very clean. The room was more spacious than I expected, I could easily open my XL luggage. The hotel is located in Kadikoy, which is a very nice and well connected area.
The property owners were very kind and caring. They made sure I was able to make my late self-checkin, and allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. They were very communicative throughout my stay. I will definitely choose to stay here if I ever need a place in Kadikoy.

Pros:

Очень приветливые хозяева, в номерах чисто, комфортно ( особенно в нашем на 4-м этаже). Отель находится в тихом местечке, в шаговой доступности до оживленных мест и проезда транспорта.

Cons:

В качестве рекомендации для хозяев, т.к. это не большие затраты.
Мне лично не хватало ложек в номерах для одевания обуви, одноразовых тапочек, гигиенического набора

Приятное жилье за приятную цену
Pros:

Небольшая комната с собственным санузлом. Общая кухня со всем необходимым. Чай, кофе, шоколадки, питьевая вода с фильтра, посуда. Полноценный рабочий холодильник, что для меня было очень важно, так как вез лекарства. Есть возможность постирать вещи в стиральной машине, чего обычно не ожидаешь в апартаментах.

La posizione è assai più comoda di quello che suggerisce Google maps: solo pochi minuti a piedi dal traghetto, dalla metro e dai bus. Comodissima anche per raggiungere Moda, senza gli svantaggi del caos notturno. Host e pulizia perfetti.

Perfect Istanbul accomodation
Pros:

The location is perfect for sightseeing both sides of Istanbul. 5 minute walk to ferries and airport bus.
The bed was super comfy, and the room had a lovely street view.
Fully equipped kitchen is spotless. The staff were very friendly and informative.

An unexpectedly nice and luxurious stay for the price of a regular hostel.
Pros:

Tilas house is a hidden gem and a fantastic value. It felt more like a nice AirBNB than a hostel, but is priced like a hostel. The building has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and everything from the bed to the bathroom fixtures to the decor felt new and high quality. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry and bus terminal, and one block from the main street with abundant cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts, Emre and his wife Tugba, were very helpful and accommodated my awkward arrival and departure schedule.

Cons:

Honestly, no complaints. After staying in many other hostels, I was surprised by how nice this experience was.
